I'm 19 weeks pregnant. Yesterday, I ate a coconut ice, around 11pm, and shortly after got really bad stomach cramps.?
I did have a bowel movement, though very painful. I got dizzy and hot while cramps passed, but subsided enough for me to fall asleep. This morning I woke up and still had cramps, but not as bad, but now have blood in my stool. They feel like gas pains, but no pain around the anus, but bright red blood. I did call my doctor to explain and she said maybe hemorrhoids, but I don't think so. Had any other pregnant women experienced this before? Please comment.

Has anyone else pregnant ever take this, and if so was everything fine with your baby after birth. I also don't want the infection to get worse. I'm sure the doctor wouldn't prescribe something she thought would be of great risk, but I'd feel better knowing from someone who has taken before during pregnancy. Thanks in advance.
