I made an agreement with my ex girlfriend that I was going to pay child support for our kid. I have been paying on time every month and just a few weeks ago I got a letter saying that I had to pay for child support court. There was never a court. I also never even denied paying it since the beginning. My question is why am I being charged for a court when there never was one. And do I have to pay it as well?
