HPV condoms and more?
so I've heard condoms are only slightly effective, because it can transfer skin-to-skin. I thought that HPVs that could xfer to skin were not the ones that affected the genital area? Even so, if you used a condom but were careful to no insert any part that wasn't covered, would this decrease the risk? What about the scrotum? Can that skin get the infection? If it was to, let's say, 'slap' against the girl?
One more:
If the girl had 'high-risk HPV,' in which she could literally see the legions(not sure on my terminology), but those went away (she cannot see them anymore), does that mean, for the most part, that her body is fighting it off and/or it is gone?

1 AnswerSTDs6 years agoDoes the same HPV cause cancer in everyone?
hard to word this question, but let's say someone gets cancer from HPV and another person (two girls) in this case got it from the same guy, will that girl definitely get cancer too? Or does it just depend on immune system of host?
3 AnswersSTDs6 years agoHPV and scratching.?

could HPV be transferred by dry humping? With basketball shorts (guy) and underwear(girl)?
Is it the vaginal secretions that transfer, or the actually membrane?
Also, if she fingered her self and then touched me on the body, could that?
I'm a guy, so what should I worry about?/look for?

2 AnswersAnthropology8 years agoterminal potential of the battery.?
1. A battery has an Emf, ξ = 24.0 V, and an internal resistance, r = 1.50 Ω. The battery is connected to a load resistance, R = 18.0 Ω. Determine the current delivered by the battery and the terminal potential of the battery.
Can someone explain? I don't necessarily need the answer, just an explaination.

1 AnswerScanners10 years agoWhy we laugh evolutionarily speaking.?
I've asked this question before, and the only answer I got was one saying that not only is it cool that we laugh, but that also, in some tribes that are away from anybody other than people also of that tribe, they laugh too(ruling out that it is developed socially, I assume). But the fact that a lot of people don't laugh at funny things when they are alone shows that it is mostly a form of communication(letting the other person know u enjoyed whatever it was). So a little research about what happens when we laugh in the brain showed me that we use, what was called, "A very ancient part of the brain" when we laugh, and very random parts of the brain too, as opposed to other emotions, like sadness, or happiness. Also, I assume sense animals do not understand the concept of humor, or sarcasm, it was one of the last things developed in the human mind.
My question is- Sense a laugh, to me, seems very close to an Ape call(or tan) and it uses a part of the brain that is really old(instincts?), and a wide range of the brain, is it possible that our brain never learned how to handle "Funny" and so we just go back to instincts? (what do monkeys do for anything? they make a "monkey call" which sounds relatively close to a laugh).
This is just something i came up with after some research, it may already have been said or whatnot, I don't know, I'm just asking if it is possible, or a stupid theory.
3 AnswersBiology1 decade agoWould it be possible for a different deminision to?
Would it be possible for a different deminision to just be like a different frequency, because when a frequency goes through one of us, we cannon feel it, or see it.
Possible(but a lot more in depth) or Stupid?
