Very week spark at plugs... very week spark at distirbuter cap,,, very week spark at igniition coil.... all are brand new,, HELP!

face, back of head, inside his mouth and at bedtime his legs start twitching,,, this has been going on for about a week and a half,,,,,,these symptoms come and go, and last from anywhere between a couple min. to an hour or so............ What the heck is going on ??? he has DR. app. in 2 days, but I cant wait,, does anyone have any ideals?

I have lived in Illinois my whole life. I am a union iron-worker and a die-hard Democrat. A few years ago I had All my windows in my house, (21) of them, replaced......a life-time, no question's asked warranty,,,,,, I was even told, " If your mowing your yard and a rock breaks a window, we come out and replace it free of charge"............ Anyhow, Guess what, after several years I finally had a window break......... I contact the company, they send me back some forms to fill out,,,,,,, in these forms it say's I must have the original contract, and pictures of the damaged window... Well i have misplaced or lost the contract,,, now the company refuses to do anything at all.........My question is what can I do???
