So my Youtube channel has one main theme to it. I upload shows on the weekend and I also upload shorts. Now I want to know, what do you think when I say shorts? Do you think of a video one minute long, a video that is 10-15 minutes long, or a video half an hour long? What type of content do you think would be in a short? Basically, tell me what you think when first hearing a channel doing shorts.

Just know, the only reason I haven't uploaded more is due to my CPU fan going out and I need to wait till next month to replace it due to budget. I can't render because of this but luckily, I have two more episodes to keep my weekend shows theme till I get the fan. Hopefully, I won't have to go on hiatus. :P

Alright so here is the deal. I want my Youtube Let's Plays to be noticed somewhat so my Youtube experiment can accurately be examined. I don't care about subs, if they come in... they come in. But views is something I need for the experiment. Next month, my videos will pick up since my CPU fan needs replaced and I gotta wait for the first of the month.

So I need to know how to get more people to notice my video. I will say what I have been doing and maybe somebody will have an extra idea... or say I'm pretty much not going to get any.

What I am Doing: I record my video using my typical heatset (till I get a stand for my blue yeti). Then I render the video in Sony Vegas 12 and make sure to make it look at clean as possible. Then I upload to Youtube giving it the typical title. I give a description explaining the video and give the game devs their props for making the game and say I am not taking the credit. I put up a dozen or so tags that work well with it and wait till it finishes uploading. Then the scheduled wait happens, it uploads, and released when I am ready for it to come out. I share with my four friends and the video pops up on my twitter. I update my reddit page and even share it on reddits /r/videos.

Overall, I am doing the best. My audio quality isn't the best but I can't do anything till I get the stand for my blue yeti. I have only uploaded one video but that is due to me being unable to render till next month after I get my fan replacement.

So I started watching an anime called Akame Ga Kill and it has this world with monsters and it seemed like a good fantasy adventure world but it went a whole different direction which I talk about (good anime though). Also in the past, there was an anime which I haven't finished yet called Outbreak Company and it had a good fantasy/adventure theme but they didn't go anywhere it it either. Now i'm annoyed and I am hoping somebody knows of a type of anime i'm looking for.

So i'm looking for an anime that is fantasy themed (you can suggest non fantasy if it follows the other requirements) and a character or group of characters go on an adventure. I would like it if they traveled and of course had fighting in it whether with people or creatures.

Some good examples of what i'm looking for is Inuyasha or Sword Art Online. I just want an anime that isn't in one place and feels like a good adventure. I'll post my watched anime list and if you have an anime you think is good and I haven't watched... go ahead and post that too but please tell me what it is. The list on the top is my list of favorite to least favorite (please no flaming what I like and don't like) and the bottom is what I haven't finished yet because I either haven't felt like continuing it or it hasn't updated yet. So here is a recap to the last question I had. I am making a gaming Let's Play Youtube channel for Fun, as an experiment, and to entertain my future wife. But my issue last time was, I don't have a sense of humor. I was given the advice to be myself and stick with my serious personality. But this has brought on the next question which I hope somebody can answer.

How do I keep my videos entertaining with my serious nature? I have watched many Let's Players but generally I see comedy in the videos and as I have said, I am not funny and I will not change myself and try and act funny.

I don't want my videos to be so serious that people are turned away from my videos. I can't think of a way for somebody serious to do Let's Plays. You could easily tell me to do reviews because generally somebody serious needs to do them but I WILL NOT do reviews and that isn't really a Let's Play.

I was thinking about one thing that may work but there is an issue with it. I could talk about a certain subject while playing the game but on certain games that won't work. Minecraft would be a great game to talk about things with but if I go into story based games like Skyrim, it doesn't really fit and may be annoying to the reader. So I need to figure out how to commentate through story based games and keep it entertaining at the same time.

Anyways, hope I get some great answers and sorry my question is super long. Writers have the tendency to write novels when wanting to express themselves

So this July, i'm starting a Youtube Gaming Let's Play channel for 3 things. One, i'm doing as an experiment. Two, i'm doing this for fun. Three, i'm doing this to entertain my wife to be. Now that I got that out of the way, my problem. I do not have a sense of humor. I didn't begin to "try and be funny" till I got into high school. Before then, I just enjoyed other jokes. I didn't even truly laugh until late middle school. I just smiled when something was funny till eventually I taught myself how to laugh.

Anyways, so I don't have a sense of humor so that worries me when making my videos. I want to keep it entertaining for my future wife but fear has always stopped me from doing what I want. I don't care about having a big number of subs or viewers, I just want to make things entertaining but I don't know how to if i'm not funny.

I'd like like some tips on what I possibly could do. I just can't come up with the answer alone and I was thinking others may know of a solution to my problem. Hopefully an answer will come otherwise I may just be hopeless. Anyways, thanks for reading.

So I have a Blue Yeti microphone and I bought it to start a hobby and entertain my future wifey with Youtube videos. It's all for her, not trying to get popular and i'm definitely not seeing it happening. Anyways, the microphone is extremely powerful and I realized with testing and reference, a microphone stand would be ideal.

So I go online and do some research. I find one thing I need/want to get and that is the Blue Microphones Radius Microphone Shock Mount. I am planning to get a pop filter later. Then comes the part I got stuck on. I find a good stand for like $20 dollars but the reviews on the thing is so mixed up. Some said the Yeti would work on it and some said it couldn't take the weight. So I look further and I see the same thing over and over till I wanted to rip my hair out!

All in all, I need help choosing a microphone stand. I don't want a small one, I want a good boom mic that I can adjust if necessary and I want a big one because my living situation is weird and i'm afraid the smaller ones might be harder to use. So, if you know of a good microphone stand that can take the weight of the all mighty Blue Yeti (with the Radius also) then I would appreciate it and I could move on with phase 2 of improving my video's quality and NO longer use a dumb 20 dollar microphone. Mainly because I refuse to record without the Yeti.

My future wife is 19 same age as me and she has ssi and a guardian that ruined my Christmas. She is forcing her to do things:

Grounding her when she doesn't behave.

Treating her like a teenager.

She acts power hungry since I heard her say, "He is trying to make you defy me!" Also, she mistreated her all her life and I am finally tired of this. I have been playing Minecraft for 2 years now. But now I am having an issue with Minecraft where the cursor jumps suddenly. I have Optifine and my fps is about 60 with it but my cursor continues to jump in game. Anyone know a solution? I will try and figure it out for now. If you got a solution please help.

I wish to upgrade my computer till I get a new one. I know I should upgrade but I just want a video card for now. I will give the specs I got through a program so you may look through and give me the best option. Please give me a card that is better then my own and compatible with my computer. I am trying to play the stack up of games I got to play. If you can... suggest several at different price ranges so I can pick what I want. You don't have to but if you CAN. I am making a really cool board strategy game that looks like it would be really fun. Several people who have looked at it like the idea of it too.

I am currently putting minor fixes in the game and am working on some of the mechanics to make it balanced but that would require some testing in the game itself.

I don't think I could make this myself as I only know little java script. I will if I have to but I am just curious.

Where could I find some people that know programming that might help me. More workers on the game would be nice but I don't have the funds to hire anyone. I just need some help down the road and would like to know a place where I could ask a programmer questions if I need them. If someone would work on it just for fun I would let them help but I am not that good at programming yet. So anywhere where I could find a programmer for help?

I have been making a board game to play with my friends who live several states away. I would like a program to design and play the board game online. It doesn't have to be amazing. All I need is a program to move basic images across a 2d board "ONLINE."

Just know I don't know programming yet so I am not going down that route. I just want to know a program that can get this set up. The program doesn't need to know rules either. The rules will be followed by the players and not the program. So please help.

I have been playing Minecraft but I notice it isn't as scary as it used to be. Anybody know of a game... that is a good survival game... where a slip up can get you killed pretty easy. Maybe something where hiding is very important?

Better yet... something free but you can make pay game suggestions.

All I am going to say is... it's a group of people I wish to join together for a certain goal... I want it to be spread so people know about it but I don't know how I would do such a thing.

Alright, so I am wondering if it is possible to change how much health a Minecraft Mob has. Example: Change a zombie's max health to 100 hearts if I wanted to be insane. So is it possible?

I will give best answer to whoever has more details about doing so. I really want to do this so I can make a Minecraft adventure.

Pretty simple question. I have an idea in a book about a great sword being made. I want it light and durable similar to a diamond. The sword I want to make should be European Style so using a method by heating and cooling. Now an idea popped up where the person would heat the metal to where it goes into a liquid state, slowly let it cool partly solidifying it, and hammering it while it cools slowly. In theory, (to me) will help make the sword stronger by not making it cool down so suddenly. Someone told me by doing this, a sword becomes easier to break because the cooling makes it fragile. I want this sword to be light and tough as can be so this might work. So I ask does this make sense? If not, how could I make the sword making have a little sense.

Also, The metal I was making solidify be very tough at the start so it would need very high temperatures to melt.. this may have a factor in the making of the sword so I thought I should explain this. It may help it may not. So please help. Thanks everyone. =)

Ok this is odd and I don't know if others is like this. When someone says something funny... I don't laugh. I give a quick triple breath out of my nose. I use online voice chat systems allot and they can hear it. My question is why can I not do a normal laugh and is there a way to change the way I can laugh?
