  • Do you like dryer balls?

I got dryer balls for a Christmas gift. (yes, it's weird gift, but that's not my question) They are small spiky blue balls. They look like if you magnified a virus a million-trillion times. My concern 1) do they work? 2) do they damage my dryer?

  • How to say "no" to marriage?

I have a hunch that my BF of 5 years is going to ask me to marry him next week. The details: we're both divorced, early 30's, lived together for 3 years, own a home, and completely committed to each other. So, why now? We've talked about marriage & I've never said I wanted to. In fact, I've said that I'd rather not get married again. How do I tell him I'd rather not get married if he asks?!! I don't want to break up. I don't want to hurt his feelings. If he asks & I say no, we're on the road to breaking up, aren't we?! So, how do I say it? Any ideas to keep us together without the nuptials?

  • Is she a Sussex hen?

I have a chicken that has feathered feet. She looks exactly like a light Sussex chicken, except that she's not quite as heavy, and her chest isn't quite a deep...its the feathered feet that confuse me though. & her feet aren't as heavily feathered as a Bantam...what do you think?

I'm going to get a blue crayfish. Does anyone know if he'll pick on a snail? I can't find any compatability charts about those 2 together.

  • Marking. I can't stop him from marking in the house!!! HELP!?

I adopted a cute little pug mix in Feb. He's 4, fixed, otherwise well-behaved. We just moved into a new apartment last week. I thought his bad habit was behind us in our new environment. But, I was wrong! I know it's not a "potty-training" issue, because I've caught him doing it once right after a potty break & it's just little squirts. I've tried feeding him in the places he's marked & he'll stop doing it in that spot & move on to another. I clean up his messes with an enzymatic cleaner. We're in a brand new apartment, I know there are no past pet messes that he smells here. The only thing that works is keeping him tied to me or in his kennel, which is not a long term solution. I need creative ideas!!

  • Discipline collars?

I need advice on citronella, sound, or shock collars. I have a 3 yr. old terrier mix that I can't train out of barking at neighbors, other dogs, birds, kids, etc. I've tried a lot of things. We live in apartments & walk her in a popular public park. I'd love to hear anyone's advise or experience.
