Fourteen years ago my wife and I placed an order for a new doublewide mobile home that we were told the manufacturer would have to build and deliver, and set-up for us. We moved in and the company retail outlet we bought our home through folded. We have found problems over the years but we were able to live with them. Recently we noticed water stain on the interior ceiling of our living room and kitchen and dining area. We had to hire a private adjuster to give us an estmate of the cost of damage. We found that our insurance would not cover what is deemed as "long term" damage. My wife and I both, being disabled, have never sought to climb on the roof but we have had our grandson to sweep leaves and pinestraw from the roof. We eventually had the pine tree cut down several years age. The insurance company adjuster and our private adjuster then told me that the manufacturer did not lay down felt roofing paper between the singles and the plywood and the damage to the plywood and probable rafters is substancial and that the manufacturer possibly could be held liable for their failure to put the roofing paper down. The shingles had a twenty year warranty that depreciate as each year passes. I live in North Carolina. Can anyone tell me if I have a case to hold the manufacturer responsible for their part??? We have been bombarded with high winds and heavy blowing rain just about everyday since June 2013. It was toward the end of June we started seeing the stain which has grown considerably since. We have placed tarps over the roof to protect it from further damage but this is temporary. The singles are poping up as they used thin wire staples to attach the shingles. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Please advise....

The Louisville Womens college basketball team plays for the national title. The Louisville mens college basketball team sought to go support their school sports mates but was refused by the NCAA saying that they could not attend. Who the *#?^#?! do they think they are to deny these young men and the school the right to support their school in a probable chance of the school makung history by winning both men and womens national championships in the same year. If the school pays for it where is the harm? The NCAA has made their millions off of the tournaments and the playes. This tyrancy of rules and regulations has exceded way beyond the intent of what was expected by members of the NCAA. If a school can leave a conference, then why do not the schools leave the NCAA and let the athletic directors of the schools form commiittees to organize and handle television and tournament contracts, assigning conference officials to national tournament play and handling cost factor from procedes. What is your opinion of the NCAA? They first denied the mens team the right to attend but later changed their ruling, but like usual, it was too late for the school had made arrangements for them to return back to school.
