I think I have depression. I can't talk about it with anyone because idt they'd take It seriously. I always seem perfectly fine and happy but I'm really not at all. I don't feel like my life is worth living for. I often contemplate suicide and the only thing stopping me is I don't know how I would do it. I tend to feel sad for no reason and lash out at people but I can't control it and I feel terrible for doing it. sometimes in happy and fine but it's very short lived.

I feel really dumb for asking this on Y!A but idk what else to do =\
