so i had my bellybutton pierced about 3 years ago, took it out a year later.. it healed so that i ve got a hole above my bellybutton, i m wanting to get pierced through the same hole because a piercing is better than what i ve got.

how painful would it be?

I have really bad facial skin since having the implant, loads of spots. I'm also really pale and any redness shows up really bad and I'm constantly having to wear foundation to feel comfortable with myself.

Are there any skin care routines, products that actually work? Or any particular diet? Thanks in advance

I'm finding it incredibly difficult to fall asleep at night, I used to be fine but for the past week or so i've been tossing and turning for about 4 hours before i finally manage to get to sleep.

It's easy for me to fall to sleep during the day, maybe 10 minutes at most, but even when I stop myself from doing that, I still can't sleep at night.. any ideas to help me sleep? thanks in advance

Sometimes when I lift my arm (to do my hair or something), it gets painful and feels like there's a lack of blood flow, my veins in my arm below my elbow start sticking out quite a lot, it only happens in my left arm, and it returns to normal when i've put my arm down and shook it. Is there a reason for this? Should I be worried?

As this is really unattractive to me, is there any way I can make it heal normally like it was before the piercing (I understand there may be a little scar, but I don't want the hole) ?

I'm 17, weigh 6 and a half stone, 5ft5in. How do I put on weight without eating too much? I really don't like feeling full so I always avoid getting to that stage. My stomach's quite small so I can't eat much at once.
