!!This question is for long time Steam-Games Players!!

So i have like this problem when i press Shift+Tab the Steam community in game menu does not pop up !!! Can you tell me how to fix this ??

So , I have a Pokemon Emerald rom and a pokemon platinum rom and a pokemon diamond ds game .. Is it possible to send the pokemons from Emerald to Platinum then VIA gts to the Diamond one ??
