The other day I got bloodwork done and it showed that my blood sugar level is pre-diabetic. I found that strange because I'm pretty healthy and followed their procedure for fasting 12 hours before the bloodwork was done. Also, my bodyweight, BMI, and blood pressure are all very normal, and I do many sports like cross country so I'm in very good shape. I was just wondering if this should be a concern or if the test may be inaccurate or something.
