my foreclosure has dragged on for almost 2 years now and the lending bank has not compied with the courts requested information and paperwork, the last time i was in court the judge said the court is anoyed and has put forth a mandate to the bank of 15 days to get all the requested information to the court or the court will dismiss the foreclosure . my question is what happens next will the bank seek a deficiancy judgement or something else seems no one has an answer for me and my lawyer has not returned my calls.

can the bank go after me with a summary judgement for payment of the mortgage balance if the house is not sold , and what if the house does not sell for years ? is there a statute of limitations on this?

has anyone ever transplanted green or hot peppers to grow indoors in the winter? if so any info would be good .

Stuffed Breast with ground sirloin and mushrooms

take whole breasts split lengthwise fill with a mixture of ground sirloin / ground shitake mushrooms/ fresh chopped onion to taste i like lotsa onion / 1 egg per 2 pounds of beef mixed in as a binder, italian breadcrumbs [ 1/4 cup to 4-5lbs mix]fine chopped green pepper[ 1 medium ] 2 strips bacon per breast.black pepper /red pepper/white pepper.tobasco sauce.

stuff breast and close with tooth picks or skewers, mix equal ammounts of red/black/white pepper and moisten with some tobasco sauce. rub the breasts with the mixture.then place 2 bacon strips ontop of the breast and bake @ 425 for 20min in a deep roast pan on a raised rack to let the fats drain. then after 20 min reduce heat to 375 and cook until inside temp reaches 185 minimum.serve over spanish rice and enjoy with a cold beer...

hi all i have a question maybee someone could answer on the good fit of jeans? i am 6' 265 lbs body builder and regular mens jeans do not fit well they are baggy ib the leggs and crotch, the sales woman at the one clothing store i shop at suggested a womans mid rise jeans in size 21/22 so i tried them on and they fit like a glove , legs just right and the crotch area is perfect, i am a size 46 regular , and no im not a rotund person if you might ask . what is possably the answer ? thanx

this would put teams from different sports against each other.like football &hockey ,tennis and swimming,baseball and basketball,professional wrestlers and circus clowns,billiard players and nascar, each would have to play the others sport for 1 season.oh and one other stipulation the loosing teams have to play the next regular season for the paY ammount of $1 dollar.

here is a new billiards game we came iup with as a final college project. we calll it grinder balls .its a regulation size table with a hole in the middle and a slight dip into the slate ,the balls are the same except the que witch is 1/2 in larger,if you miss the shot and the ball goes into the central hole it gets pulverized and a puff of dust comes up with a loud grinding crunching noise. OPPINION PLease. Yes Or No go on this idea.
