I am looking for books like The Pelican Brief or The Bourne Identity, or like movies such as The Net, Paycheck, etc (I am looking for books though). I want a book that the protagonist is being pursued but has to figure out why.

Any suggestions? The kind you can't put down are best. The more intense the better, but I'm not too picky.

I know that it is from a Native American language, but not sure which one. I also may not have spelled it right. A just spelled it the way it sounds.

The hinge pins on both doors (it is a 2-door) have broke. I am trying to figure out what other models used the same hinges since I am unable to locate a hinge pin kit or hinges for or from a 1984 Jeep Cherokee.

I am writing a novel about a girl that has special abilities. However, there is a group of people who want to kill her and they use scripture to back up their beliefs and actions. I do have the main witch reference in Exodus, but I'm looking for more. I realize that some versus can mean something entirely different when taken out of context too. If anyone knows any of those I can use too would be great. I can find information on extremist Christian groups that do this kind of thing, but no specific references to scripture that is used. Any help will be very appreciated. I just need to get a start.

It was most likely sold in the 1980's -early 90's. The fan hinges open on one side and has .15 oz of solid perfume inside. I still have it and the perfume smells familiar (and still good). Anyone?

In my book, in 1980, the victim is knocked unconscious. The assailant leaves. Someone else comes in and shoots the unconscious victim in the head and chest from about 2-2.5 feet above the body with a hand gun. I want the shooter to be able to remove any and all possible evidence. I need to know of a gun in which the slug would exit the skull, if possible. I know that this is problematic because of the nature of the bones in the skull. The victim is male and in his 20's. There is carpet under the body.

I need to know what gun was typically issued by officers in smaller cities at that time. I also need to know what other guns were commonly owned by officers at that time. If it varied, please tell me your experience or what you know. It is for a book I'm writing. Thank You.

I want specific places with great acoustics. I do know of the Mayan arena and a couple of whisper rooms. I also know that there are natural places where people like to play music because of accoustic do to rock formations, or buildings that are built in such a way to take advantage of acoustics. That is more what I want. I don't want theaters, unless they are unique. Also, I'm asking this question again, because my last one was deleted and no one will tell me why. So, please, no profanity, spam, etc. I really want to know the answer to this.

If someone took a band shell in a park and sealed off the front with a wall of some sort so that the chamber inside would be like a quarter of a hollow ball; how would the sound work inside? What would someone experience inside the enclosed band shell if they played a guitar in the center with their back against the wall facing the curved wall? Would the experience be different for a second person standing somewhere else inside the band shell?

I am looking for a quote about how women don't need to be a 'Cinderella', but don't need to go it alone either. People need people especially in hard times. If I can't find the quote I'm looking for (I don't know of one specifically), even a similar quote about standing up to adversity would work too.

You know, the pleasant one that everyone sees when your in grief or depression. I have a character that is avoiding her grief as much as possible and putting on this kind of face. I need a number of ways to describe it. The most helpful gets the points.

I am considering what would happen to a person who is truly guilty for an accident (like killing someone in a struggle kind of thing). This person can't tell anyone, for their own reasons. What kinds of ill effects would they experience physically, psychologically, and emotionally?

This is for a work of fiction. This is something I have never experienced and know little about. If I can get some ideas of what would happen to a person regarding guilt, it would help me shape and mold this character more clearly.

I am working on a book about someone who finds documents that prove that a religious group (with members that include people from doctors, lawyers and average everyday people all the way up to judges and congressman) have been working to use their power to remove individuals (like a specific ethnicity or race) from society. They do this simply by causing deaths and disappearances. However, they also use their places in society and power to falsely accuse them of crimes for which the accused are removed from society through imprisonment. I have some ideas of the kinds of documents that can be used to make the connection and prove their involvement, but I need a lot more. Can anyone make any suggests of types of documents that can be included in this? I need some to help spark my brainstorming some.

I know that fictional cities and towns are more common in science fiction, etc. However, how common is it to use fictional towns and cities in books such as romance, mystery, suspense, etc.? Can you name any books and authors that do this?

I am looking for a chart in which I can find the shades from Mary Kay in Avon. I personally don't like Mary Kay products (my daughter's skin is sensitive to it for some reason, but not to Avon). She needs certain colors required by her dance studio. They happen to be Mary Kay products, and I was hoping to find the same colors at Avon in a product that won't produce the reaction. Thanks.

I am looking for stuff that is subdued and melodic like that of Bella's Lullaby in Twilight, or The Wind of Change by Accoustic Alchemy. Of course, it doesn't have to be a soundtrack, but that is usually where I hear this sort of music. It is usually primarily guitar or piano, often with some orchestration in the background. If there are paticular artists or movie soundtracks, I can look up songs from there. Best lists and suggestions gets the points. Thanks.
