I moved my fridge, that is older but works well. We cleaned it inside and out, moved it upstairs, and let it sit level for 24 hours. When i plugged it in the outlet sparked quite a bit. Now the lights work, the water works, but the fridge/freezer are not getting cold.

My yard has not grown grass in the 4 years we've lived there We've seeded and layed sod and then just said forget it for a year and now, I am determined to have grass in my back yard. I pulled up the old dead sod and tilled the dirt a few weeks ago and now all of a sudden I have a yard full of weeds. I am putting down a layer of new topsoil now and need to know if I just dig up all of the weeds (which will take FOREVER), or if there is an easier way to do it.

I just got the Samsung Continuum, my first "fancy" phone. I'm not sure if I should get a soft (rubber) case or a hard shell case. I am not very hard on my phones but I do drop them on occasion. Suggestions or recommendations based upon experience please!

After I enter my username and password it goes to a page that says LaunchEmptyResponse. It gives me the option to go to mail classic but then I get the same error. It worked fine a few hours ago.

Even with Warriors of Rock I only play the guitar. I have put in my name and chosen my rocker to play my quest. My husband and son would like to play their own separate quests. I cannot figure out how to set up the individual users to do so. I have created different rockers, but it still only gives the option to play under my quest. Am I missing something???

I have medium blonde, coarse hair that hasn't been died in a long time. I used to go dark red, many many years ago, and I remember having it redone numerous times before the color really stayed. That was professionally. I just died my hair out of a box (4 days ago) with Nice N' Easy, a medium auburn. The color is darker that expected but I like it. The problem is that it is fading out already, toward a copper shade. I am sure it will need a couple of treatments to get it to "stick" again, but I don't know how long I need to wait in between with a boxed dye that contains ammonia.

We have lived in our house for 3 years and have a neighbor that only my husband has spoken to and only a couple of times. They are a bit obnoxious and the clash is mostly because we just live VERY differently. They are not the best neighbors, to say the least. One fall we had to call animal services because they tied a dog up in their back yard for days, in the rain, and it barked non stop. We have heard them have a fist fight in the back yard and seen a member of their household escorted away by Special Ops! They have EIGHT young children of whom they allow to play in their backyard until all hours of the night if school is not in session. They are very entitled about blocking the street to move their boat, camper, atv and truck, often throughout the summer as well as having friends park on the sidewalk if they have too many people over. This summer, after hearing their kids jumping on the trampoline and playing past 2am, 3 nights in a row (my bedroom window is right next to their yard), I was at my end. The next night at 10:30 pm as I was laying down for bed, I heard yelling and jumping in the pool and I LOST it! Me screaming, yelling, swearing, not even considering that there were kids out there as well. Yes, there are some actions I could take, and why the hell would I want to give these people anything? Bottom line is; These people have lived there for 15+ years and neither of us are moving anytime soon. She threatened to call the cops on me and we've had (will have) plenty of reason to on them, but do you really want to deal with that with your neighbor? I have 2 teens that are quiet and respectful, I have 2 dogs that we don't even keep out in the yard long enough to bark, we are just very quiet and respectful neighbors, like I said we just live very differently. I am hoping that I can make a gesture that will show that we are above this petty feuding and might cause them to be more considerate. It is hard to come up with something genuine when you really don't like a person...

I had the original Xbox 360, that had the issues, so Xbox replaced it. About 6 months I had the rrod pop up, so I got it repaired. Now I have it again! I want to keep my hard drive so would I be better off repairing it again or finding a replacement console?

These are various laser printer toner cartridges. I am NOT looking for a place that pays you for them, I just don't want to throw them in the trash...

I have a 4 yr old yellow lab. It is shedding season and I thought it was just typical thinning but it is increasing. On his sides he has a palm sized patch of very thinned hair, in nearly identical spots. The skin does not look irritated and he does not scratch or lick the area. He has had no recent diet change, weight changes or illness. We have another dog and two cats, all of which are fine. I am planning on calling the vet later this week after I observe him a little more closely, but I thought I would see if anyone can give me heads up on this.

My husband snores, a lot... He is a mouth breather, which causes more snoring, when he rolls onto his back it is the worst. He doesn't just stop breathing like with apnea, but sometimes his tongue falls back in his throat cutting off his breathing momentarily, so he adjusts, and then is soon snoring again! We've tried the sprays, mouth rinse, breathing strips, humidifiers, herbs, everything affordable. I don't want to invest $50-$100+ into a device and then have it not work. Any advice?

My lab is the sweetest dog in the world, he lives with our cats just fine, and he is gentle and kind to everyone who comes into our home. But then we go outside! He barks at people who pass us at the park but he is good when people approach and ask to pet him. What the real problem is; other dogs. We have a small dog that he loves, and my in-laws small dog is fine. Yet we can't even walk in the neighborhood because if another dog happens to be out, even in a confined yard and across the street, he gets viscous. He barks, growls, pulls, to get at the dog, and won't listen to any command. We drive to the park and make sure it isn't too busy and if there is another dog, we make sure that we stay across the park from them, if someone has their dog off leash we leave. He was a stray so we don't know his history. Our dogs are well taken care of, but we can't exercise them as much as they need because he is so unstable outside. I've checked into dog classes, but they all require dogs who get along with others, and how can one-on-one lessons help to socialize a dog? Anyone with similar experiences have some advice?

We found our kitten at 4 weeks of age, and he immediately used the litter box, never had one accident. He is now 9 months old and will go anywhere, but the litter box. Over the months we have upgraded to two litter boxes since we have two cats and due to the fact that one of our dogs likes to get in the boxes we have moved them into the basement with a baby gate. There didn't seem to be a problem, besides the cats hang out in the basement most of the time so it's not like the boxes are too far away. For some reason about three weeks ago, with no recent changes, he started pooping and peeing in the front room and hallway, and even in the office, which is right next door to the litterbox room. I've housebroken a cat, but never had one decide he could be un-housebroken. Any suggestions?

My kittens butt hole is sticking out. I would like to know if that is what its supposed to be like when they are kittens.

My husband and I have decided that we would like to relocate from dry and hot Utah to Washington state. We do not have children, but we have many pets. We love the outdoors; camping, hiking, fishing, rock climbing, biking, just about anything, and fresh sea food (yummy!). We want to live somewhere that we can enjoy all of this and that is beautiful. Probably not in the big cities, somewhere that is reasonably affordable. Thanks!

We just moved into a big house, so my husband wants to get a dog. We have a 3yr old female torti cat that is truly the queen of the house! I am wondering, if we get a female puppy could there be competitional issues, or if a male might cause dominance issues. Does it even matter, or is the specific breed of dog more important?
