Know someone that this happened to. Then when they got in car today after it sat all night..went to unlock trunk, got out and the driver side one did the same thing. Anyone have a 96 Oldsmobile 88? This is the vehicle it happened to. If so, any problems or recalls?

Come to find out the checks were not written by him...believe that his ex girlfriend did them. He himself had a couple that bounced but that was because he had not seen the statements which caused his to be bad. Can he be sent to prison?

If someone files on thier business what constitutes having big loss? What can you claim? Doesn't there have to be proof that you paid your employees, rent, utilities food bill? What if you did not pay the things that you claim that you did?

Would you continue letting a gf live with you if she were constantly threatening leaving if you did not do everything she asked? If she would get mad if you talked to any other woman but she would use your laptop and cell phone to flirt with other guys? Also if she constantly lied to you?

I know someone that opened a restaurant and did not pay her employees usually saying she did not get to bank or have the money right then. When they asked her for the money later she would tell them that they were slow and so they did not need to come in usually by text. Then they never heard from her again. Isn't this illegal? She also had 12 yr olds working ..is this legal. Some when she did pay were under the table...is this legal?

I know someone that was original lessor but then his gf was put on lease. He was having some medical issues due to depression and was hospitalized. GF did not want him to return to home when released about three days later because they said he was ok..nothing wrong with him. The landlord whom had become close with the gf said that he could not return. As far as I know he is still on lease and has not gotten his belongings. Can they keep his belongings.

I shared a rental home with a relative for over a year. The relative brought another party in and during thier fighting damage was done. I got permission to move out without typical notice and was nice enough or should I say dumb enough to show her damages they did. She sent me an estimate but kept my whole deposit even though it was over half of estimate. Is this right? Also I had paid the rent for the whole month but moved out about fifteen days into the month. The others stayed. My question is shouldn't I have been given part of my rent money back and them pay that half? Did landlord have a right to release to them before that month was up? Also do I have right to request pics of damages, receipts for the repairs and by whom done and when? Should repairs have been made before a new lease was drawn up since she kept my deposit?

We had a good relationship and he pushed me away basically saying that he was incapable of giving love 100% because it had cost him a lot before. Although we have kept in touch we have not seen each other for almost 10 months or so. Now all of a sudden...he claims that he did love me and that he did not want me to leave, that he is still in love with me and misses me...that he panicked back then. He asked if we could try again. I loved this man very much and gave up a lot to be with him (we live far apart) and his actions hurt me very much. The problem is he expects me to come running back to him. I proved my love for him over and over so I don't feel I have to now. Shouldn't he be the one to do whatever it takes to prove his words are sincere? Shouldn't he be the one to come see me so we can talk things over if he is sincere and see what happens? Don't you think he owes me some better explainations? Am I wrong here?

I dated this guy for about six months and went to visit him for awhile. He wanted me to move where he is but I was not so sure that was a good idea. Anyway, while visiting him I found out that he was not only a heavy drinker but really addicted to gambling ...so bad I am sure that he is going to lose everything and he would borrow money here and there, which I finally refused to do it knowing that I would probably never see it. Well needless to say I came home and thought about things and finally told him that there is no way that I would make a move and that I did not want to see him. He said that he loved me but maybe it best we end it because he could not afford to travel to see me. That is when he told me that he was into $1600 where he is working part time handling money. When I said for gambling (they have several machinces at this place) he said yes. My question? I know these people ... should I let them know and how I do it without him knowing..not knowing what he will do to me

Scenerio...You have been involved with a man for around a year and a half...live with him for around 7 months and all of a sudden he feels that you should not live together anymore because he does not love you in the way you love him. That when he is with someone his love is genuine but he just can not fall in love and say the words...that he was feeling guilty and like he was using her. Yet, two or three months later he asks her to come visit, would pay for the trip, and that he needed her to take care of his needs. Says that his birthday was coming up implying that would be a great gift. Of course he adds that he misses her in all ways. Would you go running to him? Does this guy have problems or what? What do you think?

more info....the woman also has her own opinions and feelings. She will express them and will do her own thing as well. She is not doing it to keep a guy...she is doing it out of love. She also appreciates the same from the guy.

Okay...Guys...How would you feel about having a woman in your life that always thought about you and your feelings? One who tried her best to give you a clean home and hot meal for you to come home to after a long day? Who would help in the garden, in the garage or whatever so that you could have more time to relax on your days off? One who is willing to listen to how your day was instead of always complaining about hers and did not nag you about things or question why you were a few minutes late? Was always willing to take care of your needs no matter what? Or would you rather have one that will argue with you all of the time, who only cared about her needs and desires, who would rather do her own thing all of the time and maybe even insist you do what she wants to do? If a woman was like the first one I described would you appreciate her or push her out of your life? Should she change from being loving, caring, thoughful and unselfish to being the other way?

Then they move on to the next one and then the next. What kind of person would do this repeatedly?
