Well i'm 13 and im really ready for one (:

there are several guys at my school that i really like, but one in particular. i have known him since 5th grade (i'm in 7th now) and we are pretty good friends. like we talk and everything. but the problem is that he has a girlfriend and they are serious! they have been dating for 5 months and kissed already! (i haven't had my first kiss yet :/). but there are some other guys i like too. all of my friends say that i just need to flirt, but idk how? any tips? i am kinda shy when it comes to guys so, that's not so good. and i, personally just me, think that they don't like me or ask me out because i am ugly and fat :/. my mom says it's because they are intimidated by my look and how i'm the smartest girl in the class but i know that's not true because i'm not pretty. i have as you would say "a face only your mother could love"

Well i took some really nice pictures on my phone but one problem, idk how to get them off! I really want them on my computer so i can put them on facebook but idk how! My phone does not have Internet/facebook on it, but it does have one of those micro sd card things? People tell me i can save pictures and things on there and put it in some where, so is that true? If so, can i put it in my computer? How? Please help me, this means a lot! Thank you so much!

Well she is my "best friend" or as close as one will get since i am a bit different and don't have anyone close enough to relate to, and she is the closest match. Well i told her about one of my "friends" and how she is getting on my nerves and doesn't respect my opinion at all! I told her not to tell anyone and she promised not to but then that "friend told me that she spilled my secret and when i asked my "best friend" she declined. I belived her but then i told her how this other "friend" keeps trying to avoid me and she promised not to tell anyone but then today i found out that the other "friend" knowns. So obviosly my "best friend" isn't being truthful and honest to me. I really like her and all but i can't tell her secrets anymore. What should i do? Should i confront her about this or should i just let it go and stop being friends or should i continue being friends but i wont tell her secrets? Please help!! I am going over there soon and i need to know!! thank you so much!

Am i depressed? I am a 13 year old girl and i cry all the time! Mostly because of my life in general. For instance, my dream is to become a ballet dancer, but i know that the odds of that are very slim being that i am not the most amazing dancer in my class or school. You need to be top of the top, the very best, in a small dance school like mine to even be considered into the big boys like Julliard, NYC Ballet, American Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, Boston Ballet, etc. Knowing that i will never making it in there brings me to tears. I cry at least 2 times a day just about this! The other thing is my image, everyone tells me i'm beautiful and i have a great slim body but i feel ugly and fat. I always see myself as the "fat one" and i'm always watching what i eat. I usually starve myself to become slimmer but i just look fatter! (I'm 5'2 and 97 pounds btw). I am also very stressed about school. I am a straight A (maybe 1 B once in a while) student in a very poor quality school. The people there are so fake and ignorant. My vocabulary and capability of understanding things are not only much more advanced then the other students there, but as well as many of the teachers as well! One more thing i am worried about is where i live. I hate where i live, Canton Georgia. Everyone here is so close-minded and redneck. I can't relate to anyone! That means i have literally no friends. So when i get home i talk to myself about my struggles (being that i don't have siblings or any family here besides my up-tight workaholic mom and my jailed dad). I feel really lonely and deserted from everyone! I don't have friends, is this because my personality is off? Here are some things about me-

I love movies and i could name almost every actor/actress/movie in the last decade.

I love to act as well. When i'm on stage i feel the best in my life (acting and/or dancing)

I love the colors pink and blue

I try/am a vegetarian. I love each and every animals and i have the greatest sympathy for them as if they were humans.

I am a very picky eater, particularly with oranges and vegetables (i know i sound 4).

I hate cheer leading, not necessarily cheerleaders, but i think cheer leading itself is pointless. Anyone can cheer for a sports team from the bleachers (but competitive cheerleaders i do give props to because they do put effort)

I don't like playing or watching sports (except for the world cup soccer)

I think most americans are like how the british say "lazy and fat".

I was born in London but i have family in Brazil, England, France, Egypt, Portugal, Italy, Austria, everywhere!

I love to dance. It is the best feeling in the world and nothing can ever compare to it. I care about ballet more then anything else and i put it above everything (well you know god and all is always first). I don't want to dance , i need to. Without dance i honestly think i would have killed myself by now.

I am not a big religious person, but i do think praying, and honoring god is important.

Can i please get an outsiders view on my life? Normal, Odd, Messed Up, anything else? Thank you so much for taking all of this time out of your life to help mine. I appreciate each and every answer.

Well i'm a 13 year old ballet dancer and i'm 5'2 and i weigh 96 pounds :( I feel really fat especially in my thighs and hips. I stress about it a lot and i don't want to! I want to feel good about my body! I do have a healthy diet, eating protein in every meal and lots of fruits. I am not the biggest fan of vegetables but i do eat squash, peas, potatoes, cauliflower, corn, and tomatoes (sometimes). I absolutly HATE salads and i know that sounds a bit immature but i do. I don't eat a lot of junk food but every now and then i'll have a few cookies or ice cream, is that okay? At parties i try not to eat a lot and for lunch i usually just have a light yogurt because dinner and breakfast is when i eat a lot! And i do exercise! I go to the gym monday, saturday, and sunday and i dance on tuesday and wednesday. Here is a picture-

FIRST DREAM- Well these people came to my house and kicked me out! they just said that I (only me they never said my mom and it's only me and my mom who live in the house btw) And i had my cell phone so i called my mom and she just said "okay". I hung around outside my house for a while until my mom got home but she never did! She didn't come home for 2 days! and by then my phone battery died so i just started walking. I walked all the way out of the neighborhood and then i just kept walking to i don't even know where! By then days had gone by and i met all these homeless gangsters and i kind of became one of them but i didn't want to be! every single person there was like "do you wanna buy some drugs?" "who is this chick?" "damn shes fine!" "let's **** her" to me! (i know really disturbing things, they scared me really badly!) But i don't know why i just accepted it and let them assault me and put drugs in me and such. they forced me to be like them! so slowly (about 3 days in dream) i was them. then i just woke up

SECOND DREAM- this is kind of a carry-on from the first dream and they were separate nights! okay well i decided to go back to my neighborhood but for some reason i had to have a lot of people there. so i invited all of my "gangster" friends and i knew that we were going to get into a big bloody fight but i just don't know why and with who! so i starting walking and all of a sudden i was back in my neighborhood in my subdivision! then i came to my senses and i was myself again! i knew that what the gang people were doing to me was wrong and i became really terrified! so i called my friend with a phone a gangster gave me and she said to walk over to her house and we would figure something out. so i did and her parents were not home so she got out of the back door and ran. i ran after her and i have no clue where we were running but then we got to my house and she was asking all of these questions and i told her everything that happened. i got to my front door and it was unlocked! but i couldn't go in (not sure why i just couldn't) and my dog was there! i told her he had gone days with no food or water and i was so scared he was going to die! so she ran in and gave food and water for him. then we walked to my front yard and we saw my mom standing by her car texting! i went over and hugged her and told her everything and by then i was crying. but she didn't even move. all she said was "oh okay that okay" it's like she wasn't even there! (i am having trouble with my mom in real life feeling like she doesn't care, could that be a link?) then the police came and told us to put our hands behind our back and all (my mom didn't) and he didn't care that she didn't! he fired his gun straight at me but before it hit me i woke up

so what do you think this is about? i was totally terrified!

Well i got this macbook about 7 months ago not under apple care or anything like that. I have dropped it a few times and made some small scratches and dents which i am really upset about. And i dont know if that is the cause of this but now even my computer itself is running slower than usual. It takes a long to time do the littlest things. I am so sad about this. I am even crying because it was my first laptop and i love this thing and i didnt want it to be in this kind of condition. I know i should just let it go but i cant, please help me! Can apple take it back and give me a new one or what?

Well she has always had a problem for me. One time i put my books on the floor in class like everyone else but i am not strong and i could not set them down without making somewhat of a sound, and it was not loud at all! and she yelled at me and said "why did u do that? whats wrong with you recently? take ur stuff and go to the back of the classroom!!" and she said it harshly. then one time when i asked to go to the restroom (i have unlimited restroom privileges due to my type one diabetes) she said "why are you always asking these question? no sit back down now!" and i only asked one! another time in class i was rehearsing my speech with a partner at the front of the room but i didn't get to finish before class ended so i told her and she said okay just finish it tomorrow. so the next day when she dismissed us to do what ever we needed to do for the rest of the period i went to my spot with my partner and started from where i left off. then she yelled at me and said what are you doing here and i responded respectfully and not giving an attitude at all "you told me i could finish my speech today in class yesterday" then she spoke to me so disrespectfully! i mean i know i am just a student but a teacher should have respect for it's students, right? anyway, she said, and i quote, "you know what, im done arguing with you just do whatever you want, happy?" and mumbled some curse words while walking away. i couldn't completely understand but i thought it was "ungrateful ******* whore". then recently i asked can i please use the restroom and she yelled exactly this: "no, look at you" glances up and down me giving me a weird (disgusted) face "look at the way you are, go back to your desk"

when i told my mom she emailed the teacher and told her all of our concerns.then the teacher emailed us back saying all this crap about how she said no because they were in the middle of a lesson blah blah blah

and i asked her right in the beginning of class when we were all still getting in the door!!!

and my mom believes her and not me!!! what should i do? i really need some advice.....

Well thereby this really cool movie place called studio movie grill where u eat ur food and watch a movie! I have really wanted to go there ever since it opened. Its really hard to get tickets/seats cuz it always full! So When my mom said we could go Saturday night I was thrilled! But then I remembered there is this queen of diamonds pagent that a lot of my friends are participating in. I am not really a pageant kind of girl but I really do wanna go to the pageant just to see what it's like and to be there for support of my friends. This only come yearly and I might not be able to go next year cuz I might be switching schools. What do u think? Should I go to the pagent for the first and probably last time or go to the movies with my mom? I mean I guess I could go to the movies next weekend but then I feel like I'm kind of letting my mom down. Help please?

Never heard of it right? CUZ ITS SO TINY!!! and i HATE tiny towns! i love the big city!!!!!! my dream is to one day live i the hustle and bustle of New York City. Right by Times Square. My mom feels the same way too and she wants to move but with this economy NO BODY would want to buy our house all the way down here in this redneck town. about 99 % of the population here is redneck. they all get on my nerves!!!! even my "friends" are redneck! there is not one person here that i have met who is not a red neck! this really gets to me!!!!! i am so much ahead of them academically, and every other way! i mean sometimes when i am talking to them i'll say a regular word (or at least i thought it was) like serendipity or plentiful or comparison or contemporary or even pixelated! and they will go, and i quote, "huh? what'cha talkin' 'bout?"

i just can't connect or talk about music and movies and arts with anyone but my mom. thats mainly because they won't understand or know what i am talking about because the movies i watch and the music i listen to and books i read my "friends" have not even heard of!! i mean none of my friends listen to dido, or abba, or the beatles, or sarah mclachlan, or even natasha bedingfield!!

i feel so wrong here! i'm like a blue circle puzzle piece in a bow of green squares. does that make any sense? sorry i can't tell if there is something wrong with my mom and me or if there is something wrong with them so i am constantly asking "does that make sense?"

am i destined to be a ballerina? i know it sounds stupid but, well i started ballet 2 years ago (this is my third year dancing). my dance teachers tell me im an amazing dancer for some with so little experience (ex: i am already getting my Pointe shoes). i live on ballet its what i think about all the time! the steps, the movement, how i can make myself better, imagining myself on stage, etc. i cant imagine my life now without ballet! i love it more than anything! my favorite part of my life is dancing. when i dance i feel...fantastic and..well there are just no words for it! its the best feeling ever!! now i don't know if im getting to ahead of myself or not but...what do you guys think? should i pursue my dream of becoming a ballerina or should i just take a step back? thanks a bunch!

Well im on AT&T and i need a new phone. this is on sale now (its free) and i was looking at it. it looks terrific! the videos look good and so do the pictures (i have even chosen a case for it haha). but before i make a final decision on it i wanted to ask some people who have had/have the phone to give an honest review about it. im 13 and i text frequently. i dont have a data plan (so i cant go on the internet, mobile web, download internet based apps, or get/receive pics or vid or sound through a message) all i really do on a phone is text, call, and take pics and vid. i also use my cell as an alarm clock so how is the alarm system? thanks in advanced and happy holidays!

well im a vice president in the drama club (for my school) and we are putting on a play next thursday. i have the lead part and the most lines (190!) i only have a few memorized!! i keep reading over it and rehearsing it with other people but im having a really hard time memorizing it! and im pretty sure everyone else in the club is having a hard time too! our teacher is rushing us into this play when we aren't ready (we dont even have all of the props or costumes or even a backdrop!)!!!!! and now she is getting on to everyone (mostly me since im the vp and lead) because we dont have all of the lines memorized! i tried talking to her about this but she wont change her mind. so i having been taking the script everywhere i go trying to memorize the lines quickly! does anyone have any good stradgies for this! it would help a lot!

i was really tired a few days ago so i took a little 3 hour nap in the afternoon with my contacts in. is that okay? now they aren't that bad but my right eye will hurt a bit every now and then. but when i put rewetting drops in there it's ok. so i just wanted to make sure everything is fine.....is it? or should i change them?
