I was about half a car length away from her at most, I don't think that was that close. She said if she had to turn that I wouldn't have had enough time to break, which is bull because I would have had plenty of time, and I have good reaction time. She said she warned me 3 time while I was near her (driving), which i never noticed (I never notice what people are doing in their car in front of me, why would I). I only noticed when she turned on her siren, briefly, but I thought that was towards the car in front of her. I was never in front of her because I thought if I went too fast she would pull me over for speeding. A few times she speed up and I went stayed at my current speed, but eventually traffic was slow so i caught up to her. I wasn't intentionally trying to follow her, it was just hard not to since we were going the same way. She was going slow after she entered the city. This was about 20 to 30 minutes.

Now I have to pay $166.00 and go to traffic school. This is my first ticket and she didn't even give a warning.

The guy waited 22 days after the auction closed to contact me about the item. I tried to compromise with him; I needed him to either return the (If he agreed I was going to send him money for the shipping) or a picture of the item confirming what he said. He refused to do either of those. He said he threw it out because it was damaged (he said some battery acid spilled on the games). The games were delivered to his parents house and his mom opened it, he was out of state when the package arrived. I can’t tell if he’s lying or not that’s why I needed a return or a picture, at first he left a few things out about the condition of the item and then he gave me inaccurate information. I tried to be civilized with him, but he just kept insulting me. I can’t refund him his money without either a return or a picture of the item as he described it.

I’m going to lose this case, right? EBay is going to side with the customer, even without any proof, right? Do I have any chance?

If he beats Wawrinka in two sets and Berdych loses to Nadal in two sets can he be the second person in his group to get to the Semi's???

Nadal would have 3-0 W/L

Ferrer would have 1-2 W/L

Berdych would have 1-2 W/L

Wawrinka would have 1-2 W/L

I'm about to fail this class and the last day to withdraw from it is coming up and I don't want an F. Also, I've given up in this class because I know I can't pass. The professor just grades everything ridiculous...

Is it better to get an F in a class and then re-take it next semester? I know some schools have this policy when you get an F in a class, you re-take it and if you do better they will replace your F with whatever better grade you have (never ended up with an F before, the thought of it just sickens me). Or should I just Withdraw from the class and save my GPA from going down? My precious GPA... >_>

He doesn't have a single trophy this year. He's one of the most dissapointing players to watch.
