I have been recycling metal and aluminum for years now but it seems i could do more i live in GA and finally found they had a place to recycle paper too. I first took the next step and recycled plastics in our house but the curb side does not do aper and it is all te way down town to recycle it on my own. I an't beleive after 3 days we filled trash can full. I cannot g down that often means more trash cans.My 8year old has started going around neighborhood to recycle cans then he started doing plastic too since we only ones but now we went further when i found I place to take paper products. How can this be less work and less expense of buying new trash cans now. to wait til i have a truck load to take.

I have oak trees in the front yard and it is hard to mow around them and don't look so great having some roots above ground.I usually weedeat that area but have thought about putting up a layer of stone ring around them and filling with mulch. is this a good idea or would they rot out my tree.I already have one tree I am having to take out for $700 do not want to kill of my nice ones.

My dad had a great idea for me to do on one of my jobs at a rental to save the lady money.Instead of raking all the leaves and hauling them off just mulch them with the riding lawn mower well it was ankle deep little more actually and I brushed my feet through them picking big limbs and junk up but still missed a stone like a garden rock and lifted the deck up immediately but still now the brake pedal vibrates like crazy even without the blade in gaged. Any suggestions on what it could be. I looked at the blade does not look bent down or anything but still going to change it to see what it does if that don't work what else would you believe would make the brake pedal vibrate like that?

My kids are 16yob,8yob,5yog. Mykids respond well to money. So I want to put a value on chores for them to earn their allowance everyweek instead of it just being given to them. I also would like to make a funds jar that they have to pay certain amount of money for misbehaving. Kind of just as adults who break the law must pay fines and just as adults must work to earn their money I would like to set something up like this. I would like to hear different things you do with your children .

My husbands boss never lets him have his day off on Monday They have Sunday and one other day off everybody has their day off but my husband. he did not mind at first but now it is rediculous. he ignores his cell phone so they come to the house to get him. Nobody else works their day off but him. yes sometimes customers ask for only him and he has to go in but now it is for anything,He has not had his day off in a year and really getting tired also they all have one day off during the week to take care of things well he is not given that privledge but the money is good and jobs are hard to come by.He likes working there other than not getting his day off like everybody else. His glasses are now soddered so many tims and nose peice gone so he had to put a peice of medical tape in the middle. he had an eye appointment but again they came and got him at the house he told them about the eye appointment and thewy said well we need you and your appointment ain't till 4:00 you can leave early well after he went they do not let him leave. He tells the boss he is taking his day off but they ignore him and get him anyways what would you do.

Today my 8 year old son was riding his scooter around the block and he came running in to let me know that the man in a house was taking a picture of him as he was riding down the road with his cell phone.The house that he pointed out to me is on the national registry online for a registered sex offender and his crime was child molestation. So I called the police and told them that I am a little uneasy about him taking a picture of my son and does not sound good. Basically they said they cannot do anything about him taking a picture and they cannot just gop up and accuse him of tking a picture because he has rights and it is not illegal. And asked why I had a car come out for this that this was not a matter to call police on. I felt like the one who is wrong and I even called my husband first to tell him at work and he told me to call the police.I understand it may be nothing but if it had well at least I know my son listens and does come to me and tells me if anybody approaches him talks to him or anything else he feels is strange.I also told him that he done the right thing to come to me and to continue to do so and reenforced not talking to strangers.

Our family has a 13 week old german shepherd puppy.House breaking is a disaster we have been crate training him but I walk him and even counted how many times he went he pooped 12 times and peed 3 times then when he seemed all done and just playing I brought him back in and he pooped again on my floor and this happens all the time. Today I put him out side on a leash from 8 am to 1 pm and yep sure enough first thing he does when I brought him in is poop in the house.. I long time ago our older dog had puppies and she had 5 puppies that did not give me as much trouble as this one. Also he is very thin and starved looking the vet said maybe cause he is active try feeding him less more often but I told him we feed him all day . He tears in to the food bowl like he is starving to death and extremely skinny. When the bowl is empty we fill it again and he empties it and we fill it .I do not know why he does not gain more weight.

We put old linoleum roll down in my bathroom temporary until I get the vinyl tiles I want. The roll has been instorage and sat upright and got moved around during the years and created rolls in it. Isw there a way to get them out without gluing and just molding strip since it is temporary.

I have been shopping there lately but as I was bro using some other homemaker web site I seen somebody mention shopping there and wrote to really save money make sure to take you own bags. Do you get cheaper prices by taking your own bag cause I did remember two column on the screen at the cash register but did not ask what that was?

This past Saturday I found a Chiuaua freezing to death in the trash and we brought it home to nurse it back to health unfourtanatly it died since my vet was not open on Saturday and all other vets thought it had enumonia on the phone and would not take $40 visit fee and bil me later for the rest for x-rays and meds. But on good note the dog died in a warm loving home.

I found a chuaua I beleive he is in the trash it is severely under weight he is weasing and having trouble breathing the only emergency place open is $89 and had no suggestions .My daughter uses a nebulizer and I tried to let him inhale the mist from the albuterol breathing treatment which workjs for asthma and enumonia in humans Also got him to drink some water through a dropper but will not eat. Also gave him some warm milk in a dropper.He had been outside in the cold and it rained last night.I beleive he has enumonia or respiratory infection.No body will see him without money which I will not have til next week.

I live in Augusta GA and prices have fell from $10 a hundred pound to $4.50 a hundred pounds. Aluminum .35 a pound . Insulated copper went to .10 a pound.

My washer drain line has previously had it's own drain field under my driveway from previous owners.Now it backed up my husband found the clog and cut the pipe and found about 3 feet of roots in the pipe.He pulled them out til it would flow again.I would like it to be ran into septic tank. He says he can but he is going to break a whole in the side of septic tank then he said buy 3 bags of concrete to repair it. Does this sound right I am getting worried since my husband is a mechanic not a plumber.Does this sound correct?
