I have been a bit shortsighted for 4 years now but when im sitting in class at the back, if i blink hard twice most of the time the image will appear clear but there will be fainter versions around it for about 4 seconds until my eyes start to hurt and I have to rub them. I have never heard this happening to anyone else, can anyone explain it?

sorry the question dosen't really make sense.
