There's a guy that I like in my PE class, but I hardly know him (I'm a junior in high school, if that helps at all). Well, anyways, I noticed about four months ago that he'd always stare at me, make brief two second eye contact, then look away. Two months after this, he stopped making eye contact with me, but instead would quickly look away if I caught him looking. I used to think it was annoying at first, then I got used to it. Now, I'm surprised to realize that he's on my mind most of the time, and that I daydream about him and all that stuff. I have a crush on him, but I barely even know him. Is this weird?

I've only said hey to him about three times. The first time he smiled, the second time (a few weeks later), he just said "Hey" kind of without emotion, and the third time, he did the same thing. He still stares at me, and looks away quickly when I catch him. It's weird. Does he like me? Or does he just think I'm weird or something?

When he walks past me in the hallways and sees me in class sometimes, he acts as if I'm not there and just walks past me. Other times, he glances at me and when I catch him he does that thing he always does where he immediately looks away as if he was never looking at me in the first place.

And the other day, in the PE classroom, he was sitting behind me (but I didn't know --- I though he was sitting near the back of the room). His friends were being super loud and all that, so I turned around, curious to see who it was, and all his friends were looking at me while he was just quietly reading his textbook. He glanced up at me through his bangs, and then back down at his book. Obviously I was a little embarrassed and flustered, so I turned back around to do my work again, but then his friends said "Wow, _______(his name), you waited so long!! What happened?" And they were laughing at him. He told them to "shut up," but they kept bothering him and he got kind of upset. Was he waiting for me to turn around and speak to him?

And today, when I played badminton against him, he ignored me and kept serving to the other girl on my team as if I wasn't there. When I rallied with him, he seemed really jerky and missed the ball so we (me and my friend) won that point.

And the most confusing part: Today morning, his friend was pushing/dragging him towards me&my friends' direction, and his friend was looking at me and smiling. Then he (the guy I like) suddenly said something to his friend and pulled away to go in the opposite direction without looking at me.

Also. he's really socially awkward --- a bad experience with a girl in freshman year made him really awkward around girls, and he's super quiet and smart and Asian. (Well, I'm Asian, too, but he's, like, super Asian).

Does it sound like he likes me/has a crush on me? Or am I just misunderstanding this whole thing?

I met him in my PE period (high school). At first, when he stared at me, I thought he was weird, so I kind of ignored him. But then I noticed that he came up in my thoughts a lot, so I started to realize that I had a crush on him. Then the term was over, and now he's actually in my second term PE class. I sit/stand next to him in roll call starting tomorrow (holy mofu) and I have no idea what to do. I've caught him glancing/staring at me, and then looking away quickly like he wants it to seem like he never looked at me in the first place. Today, when I went to the front of the class to turn in papers, his eyes followed me back to my seat. After that, when another guy was reading a paper at the front of the class, the whole class laughed because it was funny. He caught my eye while we were both laughing, and somehow it seemed like he and I were friends in that moment, even though we've never talked. Tomorrow, should I make the first move? And how? Do I look him in the eye when he talks? Or should I wait for him to make the first move? A lot of guys nowadays say they're tired of making the first move, and that they appreciate girls that do it instead. I just think it's more traditional for the girl to wait. :/ Also, him and I are both really shy, so I don't know how it would work out.

What do you guys say I should do?

Okay, so I've recently started to like a guy who I haven't even talked to very much. He's sweet, smart, athletic, and he doesn't laugh easily, and he's sort of socially awkward (he doesn't laugh around girls, and he doesn't talk to them easily either). I know that I'm sort of out of his league, to be truthful, and I've caught him glancing at me a lot in several classes, too. When I catch him glancing, he'll look away with a slightly flustered expression and I'll catch him at me again later. I don't know if this is a sure sign that he likes me or not, and I don't want to make the first move without being sure. I also know that I'll be moving somewhere far away from where I live after this year ends, and I won't see him again after that. I don't know what to do. Do I confess, or do I wait to see if he likes me back? Or should I try to talk to him more so we can become friends? I know I'll be leaving and that I won't see him again, but I don't want to rush the process and tell him I like him only to be rejected. Or what if he never liked me and he thinks I'm weird because I like him?

A few months ago, I heard he had a girl he liked recently, but she went out with another guy because he didn't make the first move. And he was really upset over it for a while. That's why he's distant from other girls now, and I don't know if he still likes her or not.

What should I do?

Okay, to clear some misunderstandings, I don't really care what my friends or other people think --- if I like him, and he likes me, I won't be embarrassed or whatever to tell them. It's not like he's super geeky or anything; he's actually very nice and sweet. Also he's cute and has nice flippy hair. But the main issue is that he's really shy, and so am I, and I like him a lot. I also caught him staring at me a lot lately. It's the type of staring that, when I look, he blinks and looks away like he never was looking at me in the first place. Since about 7th or 8th grade, my foot arch has been collapsing badly, and also I heard that my ankles might get thicker and turn ugly (ew...) if I don't wear these Nike shoes every day (also to school). I know I should be thinking about my health, since I'm only a junior in high school, and I also know that the shoes are the best way for me to go if I want to have pretty legs and be confident when I grow up. However I'm the type that never even wears sneakers, and always wears flats and Uggs. If I wear sneakers, it's either my Converse or the running shoes that I wear for PE. Plus, would the shoes look weird with skinny jeans? What should I do? I don't want to be judged and all since like nobody even wears running shoes anymore. My friends might think I'm weird.. and people might get a different first impression of me :/

Okay, not only is FFVSXIII being held back, but so is Kingdom Hearts, and everyone I know who plays Final Fantasy blames it on Lightning Returns. I'm not a Lightning hater (don't get me wrong) but seriously, both games (Versus and KH) have been on hold forever.

And seriously, Noctis is MUCH cooler than Lightning IMO. Anyone else feeling annoyed/have opinions about this? :/

But she has a boyfriend and her and that boy are just friends) and I kinda started to like him even though we haven't talked. IDK why. All the time, though, if me and my friend went up to talk to him, he'd ignore me and just talk to his other friends as if I wasn't there. I said hi to him the other day and he gave me a small, awkward, unsure smile, and waved back because he couldn't really speak (he had food in his mouth at the moment T___T) but IDK if he likes me or not. He doesn't seem to have a problem looking at me from faraway, but why is he ignoring me up close, like I'm not even there? Sincere comments, please ^^

Okay, so there's this guy that I used to not pay attention to, but he'd always stare at me in ENS. When I looked up at him, he'd hold my gaze for about three to five seconds before looking away. Also when I say "hey" to him when he's talking to my friends, he gets awkward and says "hey" back with a small, sincere smile.
