Shoe and leg crisis: HELP PLEASE!?

Since about 7th or 8th grade, my foot arch has been collapsing badly, and also I heard that my ankles might get thicker and turn ugly (ew...) if I don't wear these Nike shoes every day (also to school). I know I should be thinking about my health, since I'm only a junior in high school, and I also know that the shoes are the best way for me to go if I want to have pretty legs and be confident when I grow up. However I'm the type that never even wears sneakers, and always wears flats and Uggs. If I wear sneakers, it's either my Converse or the running shoes that I wear for PE. Plus, would the shoes look weird with skinny jeans? What should I do? I don't want to be judged and all since like nobody even wears running shoes anymore. My friends might think I'm weird.. and people might get a different first impression of me :/

    They have inserts that go in most regular shoes. That might do the trick.
