I'm 16 and I NEED a job, I don't want to work at a fast food place. I have applied to a gym, life guarding jobs, HEB, but have not gotten any responses. It's the middle of summer, what places would be hiring?

How can I go to the beach for a weekend without my parents knowing. I need excuses to tell them. Spending the night at a friends house doesn't work because my mom would want me to come home at some time.

Okay this is a complicated story so ill start from the beginning. My friend, the guy i like, and i are on the high school swim team. Were all freshmen. Ok im gonna use abrieviations. MC= "friend" JO= the guy i like and BN= the guy i used to like. Ok so i liked BN at the beginning of the year and MC would always come to lunch braging about how BN voted for her for homecoming queen or was totally flirting with her. But he really didn't. It bothered me soooooooooooooo much because im one of those people that when they like someone they really like them(huge crush not one of those little ones. I've never had a real bf either which also bothers me. And no im not ugly! I have dirty blonde hair, hazel eyes, 5.5 or 5.6, so yeah. Anyways im totally over BN now so she stopped braging about it. And she always tells me how she has sooooo many make out sessions and everybody just loves her, one day she even got on the bus and told me that 5 guys told her she looked hot today. Now she knows i like JO and is starting to flirt with him too. She'll always try to draw attention to herself. She lies about how JO always smells her hair and flirts back with her. Okay thats the problem with MC, now heres another problem: Im wondering if MC lied to JO and told him that im obsessed with him or something because he's always acting weird around me. But he still flirts with me. Its confusing! Some days he'll come up to me in the hallway and bump me or play with my hair on the bus or come up behind me and pretend he's gonna push me in the pool! its so cute, Does he like me? This really confusing. Did MC tell JO a lie? Is MC trying to make me jealous? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Ok i like this guy were both freshmen in high school so any highschool guys help me out here! Its confusing. Were both in swim which takes up two periods. The only time i get to see him is in the hallway on the bus on the way to swim or at swim. So i think ill start at the beginning, first of all he is very shy. So whenever i see him in the hallway i say hi and wave, sometimes he'll say hi and wave back but others he will look at me like he's totally confused. When were on the bus i'll put my hair up and he will start playing with it (he usually tries to sit behind me) But others he will completely ignore me, will barely even look at me. Whenever were at study hall before swim he will go around to all of the little groups to jump in the coversation and he always seems more comfortable when im not in the group. And whenever i talk to him or ask a question he'll usually just give me a short answer and move on. And when were swimming he'll probably get in any lane except mine, today i went in his lane and he ignored me most of the time, then when we were doing starts the lane next to us could use an extra person but he kept coming back to ours. So i hope somebody can help me because im completely confused!
