Why "patients" are called "patients", although they're often impatient when waiting for their turn at a check up?

Why if we're taking photos, we should say "cheese" and not butter, milk, or else?

Why they're sometimes a native English/American who even couldn't speak/type/pronounce English properly? (such as they type 'then' as 'than', or 'i wants a icecream!!1! im playing intresting game's?!)

Why are ships often stated as "she"?

Why is the "thesaurus" called "thesaurus"? (and it doesn't have a synonym of "thesaurus" in a thesaurus.

Why you never see the headline saying "A Psychic Wins 1million Lottery"?

Does sheep shrink when it rains?

Why do we drive on "parkways" and park on "driveways"?

Like MMORPG or else, but I DON'T like battle games like RF online, Hero of Gaia, and I also don't fancy dance games like Audition or V.O.S.
