MLB;)

I have made an account there, paid for the C&C game pack and I can not seem to get any of the games to come up. I click on them after I download them to my Desktop and the screen goes black and nothing ever happens. 

Does anyone else have this problem and/or the solution to this problem? 

I have three questions I need help with!
