Wrestlemania main event: Benefits of a surprise triple threat match?
Do you think that it would be great if WWE decides to insert Seth Rollins into the main event championship match along with Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns?
I personally would love to see the main event transformed into a triple threat battle.
If it were to happen, Rollins could defeat his current archenemy Randy Orton in the opening event of the PPV, brag about how great he is, become deluded by his own sense of grandeur and then in a shocking act of surprise personally insinuate himself into the main event by cashing in his briefcase contract.
I think that this surprise option would pretty much garantee a successful Wrestlemania event. Think about it! Very few people are convinced by Roman Reigns' challenge against the Beast Incarnate. Adding Rollins into the main event would make for an exciting and technically brilliant match with the same dynamic as the previous title contest at the Royal Rumble. It makes sense. Rollins and Reigns have a natural rivalry anyway and ever since the Royal Rumble Rollins seems to fancy his chances against Lesnar, not to mention the fact that he assaulted Lesnar during an earlier attempt to cash in his contract and Brock never got his revenge.
A decision like this could save the show. I really hope that WWE have planned something like this.
What do you guys believe?
5 AnswersWrestling6 years agoWriting my dystopian novel: English or Spanish?
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, although I prefer Spanish language novels.
I would like to write a supernatural dystopian novel with mythological and esoteric elements in the near future and have it all planned out. Of course, I would like to get it published.
I am still deciding whether to target a Anglophone or a Hispanic reeder population.
In which language would I be more likely to have success in getting it published?
2 AnswersBooks & Authors7 years agoWWE wrestling: Don't you think the unrealistic outcome of Bray Wyatt vs Cena at the Extreme Rules PPV sucked so much?
The unrealistic outcome of the match really pissed me off.
Cena doesn't escape through the cage door because there appears a singing kid? Really? What kind of BS is that?
The end was so stupid and unreal that my girlfriend began to suspect that Pro Wrestling is fake/scripted (prior to that incident my girlfriend always believed that Pro Wrestling was real). That is what pissed me off the most.
Did the match really have to end that way? Cena could have just received a beat down from the Wyatt family while Bray escapes from the cage, but no!!! The Creative has to demonstrate to us that Cena is some huge superhero and is unbeatable even at the hands of all three members of the most badass heel stable in the WWE.
Why can't Cena ever lose cleanly like other wrestlers?

3 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police8 years agoIn pro-wrestling, what does it take to be a legitimate badass?
In the world of pro-wrestling, people like Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle and Ken Shamrock are considered legitimate badasses because of their legitimate fighting backgrounds.
For example, Brock was national champion in amateur wrestling before his debut in the WWE and then had a MMA run in the UFC before his comeback to pro-wrestling. Kurt is a world class amateur wrestler with an Olympic gold medal and Ken is another legitimate MMA fighter. These men are all legitimate fighting badasses and not just play-actors.
Question 1
What does it take to qualify someone as a legitimate badass?
It seems that an amateur wrestling career or a MMA career automatically qualify a wrestler to be a legitimate badass. What other sports, martial arts and activities qualify one to be a legitimate badass?
Question 2
What level must one have achieved in their field of badassery to qualify as a legitimate badass?
Does as wrestler have to have reached national or international level to be considered a legitimate badass?
2 AnswersWrestling8 years agoQuestion about Freemasonry and its perspectives on God?
1) What is the view of God in Freemasonry?
I understand that Freemasonry holds a belief in one universal creator Deity referred to as the Great Architect of the Universe and this Deity is not necessarily the Deity of the Old Testament known as Yahweh.
Who is the God of Freemasonry? Is it a Deistic view of God?
I consider myself to be a Classical Deist. I hold a belief in one universal creator of the universe but rejected the unreasonable moral dogma of the Old Testament as well as concepts such as original sin and the need for justification through sacrificial blood, be it human or be it animal. I also believe in the importance of good moral conduct on earth just like the Classical Deists did and subscribe to the belief that the creator is best revered through good actions just like Lord Herbert of Cherbury did. I also belief in an afterlife, namely in reincarnation and spiritual growth.
Is this similar to the masonic view of God?
2) Albert Pike and Freemasonry
I am aware of the charge of Luciferianism against Freemasonry. Albert Pike writes in Morals and Dogma that Lucifer is God but unfortunately Yahweh is also God.
Masons however deny such claims of Freemasonry being Luciferian.
Could you please explain the views of Albert Pike and their relation with Freemasonry?
Thank you.
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoDeist escaping from church organization; what kind of fellowship or club should I join?
I was a member of a fundamentalist christian (evangelical) church for some time, then in search of biblical truth I became a member of a Seventh Day Adventist church where I currently reside and have been in that church for more than a year. However, unsatisfied with organized religion, I started to question a lot of the doctrines and affirmations regarding the nature of God and humanity, and at the end of it, I ended up becoming much more deistic in my way of thinking.
I hold a firm belief in the existence of God in the sense of a universal creator and architect of the universe and that we sentient and sapient lifeforms are created possessing his divine light. However, the creator God in which I believe is not necessarily the Hebrew Deity of the Tanakh, and although I respect Christian believers and Judeo-Christian culture, I no longer believe in the Bible as the inerrant word of God. Therefore I consider myself a Deist.
One of the main reasons I decide to distance myself from christian doctrine was the notorious inconsistencies of the nature of Jehovah within the biblical theological framework. For example, the "loving and benevolent God" of the New Testament contrasts sharply with the version of God depicted in the Old Testament who not only orders the bloodthirsty and merciless massacres of various pagan tribes including defenseless women and children but also orders the Hebrews to kill their own people by stoning just for lighting fire on the Sabbath, the same God who hardened the Pharaoh´s heart just so he could cast divine judgement upon a nation.
Another reason I wanted to leave was the fact that the organization deemed everything outside of its approved range as mundane, wrong or satanic, and as a consequence, I often felt on edge and paranoid in everyday life. I also was starting to get sick of certain aspects of christian morality. Although I believe that reasonable protestant morality is a good system of morality in many ways and have respect for our Judeo-Christian cultural heritage, I started to get tired of all that "turn the other cheek" nonsense which for me is nothing more than moral weakness and most of all the attitudes of self-abasement and excessive humility which characterize Christianity. The christian idea that we as a race are so inherently immoral and degenerate that we are beyond hope (without the intercession of the Messiah) and have nothing positive to offer just gives me despair! I don´t want to live this life with such a weak mentality anymore.
I am now a Deist but have a great interest in exploring spirituality.
I still attend the same Adventist fellowship but not as often and with much less enthusiasm than before. Almost everyone I know personally is from that church. Outside, I have very little interaction with people. Almost all of the close friends are members and it is as though I have nobody outside of the organization as the only non-adventist friends I have are back in my homeland and no longer bother with me. Basically, my Adventist fellowship is the only real social life I have. Also I cannot speak to any of them how I really feel because you cannot discuss anything with them, they always respond with "X is so because the Bible and Ellen White say so" and have no room for compromise.
I feel I cannot leave the organization because than would totally kill my social life and cut me off from most of my friendships, but I want to leave some day, maybe when I find another kind of society or club.
What kind of societies, clubs or group activities would you recommend for a Deist like myself as a substitute for a church fellowship?
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoLaptop overheating and blackout - How can I fix this?
My HP laptop overheats easily and blacks out now that one of its ventilators is down.
When I turn on the laptop it warns that a ventilator is offline. Normally there is no problem and I can use the laptop normally, but when I try to watch a long video the computer overheats and will black out after about an hour. I can´t even watch a regular movie or sports event without it blacking out.
How do I fix this problem?
6 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks9 years agoWhy are degree courses longer in some counties and shorter in others?
In the UK most university degree courses have a duration of 3 years and a few last 4 years. In European countries like Spain, the US and Japan for example it is common for courses have a duration of 4 years. In Latin America however the same disciplines require 5 years or more in order to earn a degree depending on the region.
Why is there a difference in duration?
Also, which country/countries tend to offer the best degree programs in higher education?

1 AnswerHigher Education (University +)9 years agoAm I the only one disappointed with Team Punk for Survivor Series?
I feel disappointed by his team chosen by Paul Heyman. I just think it sucks a little.
CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio are the only wrestlers I like. The Miz is overrated and just sucks. Team Rhodes Scholars is just boring. I was expecting Paul Heyman´s client Brock Lesnar to make his return and form part of the team.
I like Team Foley at lot though. Ryback, Kane, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton and Kofi Kingston! I like them all! I´ll be rooting for Team Foley at Survivor Series!
5 AnswersWrestling9 years agoWhat do you think of Ryback?
A lot of people are hating on Ryback recently saying that he sucks, botches all the time and has no personality.
I personally like Ryback a lot and think he his awesome!
I think he is good in the ring. And it seems that Mr. McMahon think so too! He is a formidable powerhouse wrestler with an impressive moveset in my opinion.
Some people criticize him because he never has a match longer than 3 minutes, but that is because he whoops everyone´s ***. To be fair, the WWE haven´t given him too many good opponents, so it isn´t his fault. I would have liked to see him take on powerhouse opponents like the Big Show, Kane, etc.
Also he has the physique of a wrestler. Finally there is a wrestler adequate for a heavyweight championship! I am sick of little skinny sticks holding the title! CM Punk, the current champion has no muscles. And we all know that Mr. McMahon, the one who wears the pants in the WWE has a bodybuilder fetish don´t we!
To be honest I don´t know why people don´t like Ryback. What do people want? Another season of John Cena hogging the championship? Or that CM Punk´s almost year long stale championship reign continue? Give a big man a chance!
It seems that lately the WWE suffers from bigmanophobia (or probably better said as megaloandrophobia)! These days it seems that big guys who are powerhouses are not as popular as they used to be.
8 AnswersWrestling9 years agoMy list of best 10 wrestlers with the WWE and TNA rosters combined - What do you think?
In terms of pure wrestling ability, my list would be more or less like this:
1. AJ Styles
2. Kurt Angle
3. Daniel Bryan
4. Brock Lesnar
5. Chris Jericho
6. Rob Van Dam
7. Austin Aries
8. CM Punk
9. Kazarian
10. Chavo Guerrero
Some notes on justification for my order:
- AJ Styles has a unique style completely off the hook. He has it all! Excellent technical wrestling, high flying moves, etc. He is in a league of his own.
- Kurt Angle has an Olympic class amateur wrestling background giving him an excellent wrestling base. He is an whole round wrestler capable of excellent mat wrestling, high impact suplexes and even aerial attacks. He has also thrived in every company and era he has been in and was one of the Attitude Era originals. He is still going strong even more than a decade later and he is in his 40s. A real time-tested technical wrestler and an exceptional athlete-
- Daniel Bryan is the best technical wrestler in the WWE at the moment, kind of like a new Chris Benoit. Has excellent submission holds, mat wrestling and performs many dynamic innovative techniques. He is even better outside of the WWE because the WWE always waters down its wrestlers´ movesets.
- Brock is the best big man in the WWE. Technically still on the roster. Excellent technician, good solid amateur wrestling base, awesome suplex techniques. He can even perform aerial assaults like shooting star press despite being a super heavyweight. Better than CM Punk because he can actual perform high impact suplexes and real wrestling throws and can even do better aerial attacks. CM Punk can only do elbow drops whereas Lesnar can perform shooting star press despite being twice the size of CM Punk.
- Jericho is another time-tested all-round technical wrestler who has prospered in all promotions in all eras. Good all-round technical wrestling and even high flying maneuvers.
- RVD is an excellent high-flying wrestler with innovative aerial assaults and decent technical wrestling ability. Has a martial arts background and effective strikes like CM Punk but does them better as he combines them with creative high flying attacks. Therefore I think he ranks above CM Punk.
- Like AJ Styles, Austin Aries is one of the best all-round technical wrestlers and main eventers in TNA with excellent ability in all domains.
- CM Punk, good martial arts background, decent technical wrestling ability, notably excellent reversal and escaping ability, but less dynamic than the above mentioned wrestlers.
- Kazarian, another great TNA wrestler, entertaining to watch
- Chavo Guerrero, part of the great Guerrero family, well trained, adept, all-rounded technical wrestler trained by one of the greatest wrestling families in history. Severely underutilized in the WWE.
4 AnswersWrestling9 years agoAnti-virus software and strange phenomena with my computer - What´s up with this?
I just installed a free anti-virus program from Avast then shut my laptop computer down. I left the apartment and then came back a few hours later. When I tried to turn on my computer it had no power so I had to plug it into the mains. That was strange because it had about 25% battery before I left. When I turned it on first I noticed the "do you want to initiate windows normally?" screen despite that it was highly unlikely that anyone had used my computer (only my friend´s uncle was at home and he has his own computer) and then when the windows screen came up I noticed that the battery was on zero. By the way, it normally shuts down automatically at about 10% and doesn´t get to zero.
What will have happened here? Will it be something to do with the new anti-virus software? Or has someone tried getting into my computer or something?
2 AnswersSoftware9 years agoDoes anyone like Ryback for this reason?
Some people don´t like Ryback, but I love the guy.
I am sick and tired of the way the WWE has turned away from being a manly wrestling community and degenerated into some sort of Hollywood wannabe with its pretty little "superstars", all oiled up, all prettied up a la Dolph Ziggler. I am sick of metrosexual jackass like the Miz.
Wrestlers aren´t supposed to be Hollywood pretty boys. The wrestlers I used to know were badass brawlers from the east coast with a kind of scruffy appearance and a rugged manly look.
Ryback fits this image. That´s why I like him so much. He is a big badass, tough, manly brawler, a real man and an awesome powerhouse wrestler.
