It seems like I'm getting fat but yet I haven't gained nor lost weight and its weird. I use to weight about 230 pounds and lost about 45-50 pounds in the period of 3 months and I feel confidence in myself but now I feel fat again..what can be the problem loss of muscle and more fat? and how can I get back in shape even though I don't want to lose more weight

I honestly don't know what to tell this is girl that i still have feelings for. this sunday that just passed she send me a text saying shes going through alot of stuff and she told me to delete her from facebook im pretty sure she got jealous of the girls that were writing on my wall.but i told her that it wasn't like that there were my friends.. well back to the text she said she was going through alot of stuff and she didn't want to talk to me and she said to delete the photos of me and her i mean we weren't together official but we liked each other alot..she said she didn't want to bring me down and i told her what was her problem she said i didn't know how to talk to her when she was down! well i didn't know what to tell her when she was down since she was always sad.I really like this girl and i cant stop thinking about her and tomorrows her bday..what can i write her so she see's that i really like her alot and make her talk to me again i haven't spoken to her for like a week!

Like I don't work im a male 6'1 19 years old I use to eat alot of junk food but i don't that much and i weight 215 i don't look that fat since im tall. I don't know why but I don't want to go to the doctors.But what you guys think it might be I sometimes feel weak. Im 19 male 6'1 and was hanging out with a girl i like i haven't seen her for about 5 years or 8 i found her on facebook. there and i hanged out with her for 2 times. 1st time was 3 weeks ago and 2nd time was today. The problem is i never had a girlfriend before and Im known by everyone i know alot of girls and everything the thing is i just want to take my time and find that girl. but when i was with her i felt i had to kiss her since we were alone witch we did not kiss.
