Okay so there's a guy at my school who just does random things a lot just to get my attention. He's bothered some other girls too but he was actually really mean to them, racist remarks and whatnot. He's really nice and sweet to me though, almost like if I were one of his friends. 'Almost', because he just seems pretty shy with me unlike he is with his buddies. Sometimes he'll do something like say something random in my face to start a conversation, but he mostly just looks at me a lot when he thinks I don't notice or leaves me be. :P To me it seems like he just doesn't know how to approach me, but I want to know if you guys think he might like me or something?

I actually like him *:$* but I am extremely conscientious as to the one thing that guys have on their minds... especially since he's older than me. I'm only 13 and much too young to date at all let alone a 15 year old, but I was just speculating about this whole situation and wanted others' input. I certainly don't have the, ladyb*lls, if you will, to tell him flat out that I like him so how can I subtly hint it? It has to be done eventually just so I can get this heavy load off my chest after a couple of months of liking him but do you think he's worth the risk judging by whether or not you think he likes me?
