Hello, I would like to hear what times you guys think I am capable/will run this outdoor track season. Any constructive advice would be greatly appreciated as well.

I am HS senior, about 5'9 and weigh ahout 140 lb. I am currently running about 35mpw. My speed workouts are done on an asphalt track. This the first track season that I have had a coach who actually knows what he's doing.

Track prs from last season:

1600-4:49

800-2:06 (Split 2:04)

My goals this season are to go sub 2 in the 800 and sub 4:30 in the 1600m.

My most recent workout was 8x400m with 2 min rest in between. I went 69,68,67,68,69,67,67,65. (Keep in mind this workout was done on an asphalt track).

I've ran 3 meets so far this season.

3/08 Relay meet

800 split: 2:03 (no one around me)

1600 spilt: 4:4X

First open 800- 2:02 I was sick with a terrible sore throat and felt terrible leading up the race. I went 62,60.

What times do you think I could run in each event this season?

I lost my remote for my tv which an old one(symphonic) and i cant play my ps3 cause i cant use the input button so what should i do..? where can i get a new remote and i cant change it on the tv also..

I'm currently a freshman and I have ran cross country for 2 years and my pr in a 5k is 16:53. I have not ran track at all due to playing baseball which i gave up in exchange for track in the spring. Im coming off 2 weeks since the end of xc season and i would like advice for what events i should run? In xc my 2 mile(longer than a 3200) was a 10:50 in a 5k. I have only ran a 5:07 mile on our course but that is with many hills and I have ran a 2:14 in the half mile which is on the course also with hills (the half mile is longer than the 800m) so based on these times which events should i run and what do u project my times to be?

I would like to get a playstation 3 for christmas.What should i get and what is worth my money more: a 40 gb refurbished or 160 gb new(slim)? thanks.

Im currently a freshman and run cross country. My pr is 17:19 and this is my 2nd year running. I plan on running track for my first time(played baseball in middle school) and i was wondering what would be a good estimate of my mile time and 2 mile based on my 5k?

I am 5"6 about 120 lb and i am 14 years old. I can touch a 10 ft. rim so does anyone know what my vertical would be and i barely touch it btw.thanks.

I was wondering if anyone has any tips on breaking 18:00.My PR right now in cross country is 18:02(this is my first year) and im in 8th grade.I am running a 5k road race tommorow night.Thanks.

I know this is old news about him signing with jordan but is it just me or does anyone else think this is bad for Team Jordan and gives them a bad name like hes trying make a big name for himself........A "superstar" could be bad for the great players of team jordan...what do u think?

i got a memory stick duo. i got a usb cable. and the psp. every time i hook up the psp to the computer via the usb cable it says that the the device is not recognized. help please?
