I'm going to be in a short film that a friend is doing, and my character dies at the end. I need to be able to hold a vacant expression that is like I'm looking at something and nothing at the same time, without blinking. I can sort of get it, but it's difficult to get the look and stay there. So, all the actors or whoever, what ideas do you have?

I'll probably be getting a black upright bass soon, and I want to paint some sort of design on it, but I don't have a clue what to do. I'm a big fan of rockabilly and psychobilly, so I want to do something in either style. I want to avoid some of the cliches of the genre, though. Flames, skulls, dice, cars, etc. Obviously, one of these types of things needs to be present to still be rockabilly. So really, what variations on popular themes do you suggest to keep my bass looking a little more original?

I can't usually remember my dreams, but when I do, they're strange and confusing. This one is no exception. I'll explain what I remember, in chronological order.

When it starts out, I'm working at a grocery store. I don't in waking life, but it's otherwise normal. Occasionally, my friends visit me while I work. One of them decided to bring me a ukulele. The neck was normal, but it had the body and headstock of a double bass and was purple. Some other day, I help a man find something in the store. As he leaves, he hugs me and kisses me on the cheek, saying: "Thank you, sir" (I'm female).

Later in the dream, I'm at a party. There's a lot of food, but especially a lot of popcorn and popcorn-shaped things. At some point, the man shows up again. He's still convinced that I'm a man, and starts trying to get me to go to bed with him. I inform him that I'm a girl, so he wouldn't want me, and that I wouldn't want him, because he wasn't very good looking. Then, someone pops out of nowhere saying things like: "Oh! Gay rejection! Sex rejection!", etc. After that, I don't remember anything until waking up.

I'm sure some of this was absolute nonsense that would prove worthless if one tried analyzing it. But if you can find any meaning in this, please let me know.

This is for a project in my English class. We have to find 5 quotes from the book that show the topic we've been assigned, mine is what I already mentioned: Puritan theocracy. I have no clue what to look for, and don't have enough time to re-read the book and make a poster. If you can give the quote and the chapter, so I can skim just the chapter to find the quote, that would be great.

This is probably one of the strangest and grossest dreams I've ever had.

I was screaming really hard, like out of pure rage. After a minute or two of this, my throat starts to hurt. It felt as if it had just ripped in two. Then I can feel a bit of blood coming up, which didn't bother me yet. Then all of a sudden it's a total bloodbath. It's just absolutely unstoppable and projectile. It almost resembled some anime or manga characters when they cry (I think you probably know what I mean if you're into that).

Anyway, it grossed me out and disturbed me and I would like to know what it means.

i have an assignment for my english class in which we have to come up with a song from a specific genre to go along with one scene from the play, lyrically.Of course, all the songs i can think of all go with any of shakespeare's other plays, but not Romeo and Juliet. It doesn't matter what scene or song, but i would prefer to have as little 'inappropriate' content in the lyrics.

i'm looking for a school desk for an art project i've been wanting to do. any place i can find a desk is fine, the cheaper and newer, the better.
