  • If there were no Athiests throughout the history of the World...?

If there were no Athiests throughout the history of the World, how would today's world be different?

    Would there be more wars?

Would the world be less or more advanced?

Overall, would the world be better or worse today?

In my opinion, the world would obviously, without a doubt, be worse.

  • If God knows everything, then why in the Bible...?

If God knows everything, then why in the Bible does it say:

"The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled."Genesis 6:6

This is impossible because if he knew before, that he would feel regret after making human beings, He wouldn't have done it.

Let's say He puts human beings anyways. But then why does it say in the Bible that he still regrets it.

If you know with 100% that you will regret something by a certain action, why would you still do the same action, but then still feel regret.

Please don't say God did it because he loves us. Well, no, because He clearly states that he regretted it.

  • Skipping Grades vs Being Top of the Class?

My problem is deciding which classes to take as a freshman. My teachers have recommended all honors classes (Biology Honors, Geometry Honors, Algebra 2 Honors, Italian 2 Honors, English 1 Honors, History Honors) Going to take concert band and gym to fill up 8 periods. I was wondering if I should take AP Biology if I study Biology over the summer. Also, should I take AP World History if I had a 88.7% in 8th Grade World History Honors 1st Marking period and 95% second Marking Period? I will also study World History over the summer.

However, my dream colleges are 1. Princeton, 2. Harvard, 3. Yale, 4. MIT...(many of you think just because they are prestigious schools, everyone like me wants to go there...but I have more reasons). I was wondering if it is better to take honor classes and be at the top of the class or take AP classes and be average in the class. Which one of the two choices would these colleges look for?

  • I live in one town and wish to go to another school in a different town. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!?

Hello. I am in 8th grade that lives in an average town. However, the town I live in has a high school that is not even ranked. Therefore, I looked around my town looking for better schools using the internet. I came up with two schools, 1 which is the 13th best in New Jersey and another which is the 15th best in New Jersey. Both schools have amazing College Readiness Index and Math/Language Proficiency. Without a doubt, I wanted to go there to study. But when I emailed the principal of one of the schools, I recieved good news and bad news:

Good news: I did not have to pay a tuition to attend the school.

Bad news: I cannot this school without having a guardian in its town.

I explained to the principal that my father works 0.6 miles away from the high school for 14 hours (before, during, after school hours). He said that, that does not count. Then I emailed him back, asking why this rule is present and he hasn't replied yet.

This brings up this Yahoo Question: Is there any way on the Earth that I could attend this school but still be able to live in my town (My parents cannot afford moving to another town and transportation is covered)? My other question is: If not, who created such rules and why?

PLEASE ANSWER!! YOU WON'T ONLY GET 10 POINTS BUT WILL ALSO HELP MY FUTURE!!
