I have a galaxy S 4G and I installed rigina launcher. Do I keep both launcher that I have or I could delete my old default launcher that came with this phone?

How come my voice sounds so wierd when someone record me by a camera or a voice recorder, it sounds like im a kid or just squicky but it doesn't really sound like that in real life. Why is that
