I know i'm not overly tall but I know in heels I am so should i wear heels to prom? How tall am i in heels?

I am a junior in high school and I've always wanted to go to FAMU since I was a little girl. I love Florida with every bone in my body so my vote is for FAMU all day but my family are having second thoughts about Famu . I've been looking at some schools in Atlanta and I'm majoring in Nursing and want to graduate with a BSN . I seen Spellman but I'm not into all girl schools , Clarke Atlanta doesn't look too bad though. Does anyone have any recommendations it feedback about the two schools? Is it hard to get into them? What about the social life? I do plan on partying Lol.

It's so irritating to me how much outside races and some black men and women act towards black women who wear weaves.First i would like to say I LOVE my weaves i started wearing braids in elementary school and have gone up to sew ins this year. We are NOT i repeat NOT the only race that wear weaves white people asians indians you name it they wear it they have different ways of wearing them clips,glue,links,braid-less, etc. No one else is noticing that why? Because they're hair is "already" straight and long? Actually from what I've seen if anything black women know how to install weaves better than any race if you want to compare, even the bad ones because ive seen white girls weaves and hispanics who tracks were literally hanging and you can basically tell where the hair stop and the weave begins. Weave on a black woman has nothing to do with hating yourself please stop that little rumor some of y'all tell yourselves for whatever reason. We'll for me it doesn't.Actually a lot of the women who wear weaves have natural hair its a protective style. You cannot compare African American hair to everybody Else's its more to do then washing it in the shower and letting it air dry. Especially when your trying to grow out your hair its a wonderful technique but all the ignorant untrained eyes see is " Weave, its not her hair, woopty woopty woo" . I don't see why men like to put their two cents in about weave because they sure don't pass up a good looking female with a weave in. As long as your girl looks good you should be happy . Im not saying there is anything wrong with a preference because thats different. You can say i prefer a woman who wears her own hair most of the time. All women are going to switch it up sometimes between clip ins, sew ins, wigs, hair is an accesory thats suppose to compliment you. And honestly some of yall dudes need to not say ANYTHING about anybody when some of yall own heads be looking crazy from the baby dreads that won't grow, the long dreads that you wont wash condition or retwist for nothing, them nappy uncared for afros/ Wiz Khalifa hair, that messed up Juice hair cut half yall can't pull off. I can go on for days about it. But anyway my question is why is it bothering so many of people that a lot of black women love and wear their weaves? And for the record there are just as many women who rock their own hair as there are that rock weaves.

I LOOOOOOVE my weaves and since school is coming up I wanted to buy some Brazilian straight hair and leave my installs in for two months. I also relax my hair and I want to stretch my relaxer until January. Is it okay if I only get.my leave out(edges and little hair that covers tracks) relaxed when I take down my installs? How do I care.for the rest.of my hair when it's braided underneath my sew in? When I take my hair.down can I get it seen back up again? Any tips or other recommendations are welcomed.
