If I work for a company that trades stocks over the counter and is not regulated by the SEC. Can I invest in the company while I work there? Will there be legal repercussions?

We have a 40 gallon natural gas hot water tank that fills no more than 36 gallons. We have a bathtub that measures 60" x 32" x 17". I tried taking a bath only to have the water go up to about 5" before losing all hot water. The tank heat is on max, and the pilot is on. I live in an apartment, and I am only one of two tenants. She has her own 40 gallon tank. The landlord said he thought it could be the dip tube, now he thinks it's the weather. I cannot take it anymore, this has gone on for months. Our tub doesn't even drain, and I can't take a shower for more than 9 minutes unless I want to freeze. Please help!

My girlfriend and I are going on our 5th official month of being together (7 dating, and I've known her almost 2 years). We used to have sex multiple times a day. So my 2000 S10 with a vortec v6 spun a connecting rod bearing at only 103k miles. I started hearing the noise when I went about 1500miles over recommended oil change. Which doesn't make sense because I have ran other vehicles way over that over the oil change mile mark. Anyways, it sounds like a machine gun when I drive it (I don't drive it much anymore since I bought a new car). I would like to fix it up to sell. I replaced all the engine hoses, and have all new disk brakes plus all new tires with a few body part replacements to get rid of the rust. Is there any way I can fix the connecting rods? Did the rod take any other parts with it when it went? I could use some help, I am willing to post a video on how the engine sounds if needed.

Now I get mixed messages, some say that the alpine wattage is severely underrated, some say it is overrated. I plan on getting a MB Quart Onyx 1.1500D to run the coils in parallel at 1 ohm (I checked and it's compatible. Now I have a stock battery and was wondering if a better battery with a 2 farad capacitor in series between the battery and the amp would be sufficient. The cap I am looking at has an over-volt protection circuit for what it's worth. Also, I am a AC/DC electrical + digital circuit major. I know a lot, but I do not know how certain configs can improve/decrease audio quality and sub performance. I have an alpine type r 12" gen5 with the two voice coils. I have a Power Acoustik GT1-2400D (with 1150W RMS to a 2 ohm sub, and 900W RMS to a 4 ohm). Two questions? How should I wire this for the best efficiency, and will my 2008 Kia spectra EX be able to handle that kind of wattage with stock accommodations?

I plan on buying two EVGA GTX 670 4GB video cards and putting them in SLI. I have an 850W PSU with 6x 6+2 PCIE connectors so power should not be a problem. However, I realized my mobo (EVGA X58 SLI LE) has 4 PCIE2 slots, but they run in the following config:

slot 1- x16

slot 2- x1

slot 3- x8

slot 4- PCI

slot 5- x4

slot 6- x8

Will the GTX 670 4GB bottleneck on that third slot (the x8)? I only do multi monitor gaming, and couldn't care less about GPU computing bandwidth with CUDA (otherwise I would have a better, PCIE 3 mobo). The only reason I am going with dual 670s is that I found that with a little overclocking (I am experienced so don't worry), you can get a 670 to push more fps than a 680 in most applications. I figure if I got two, I could nix the former plan to buy a single 690 for that single x16 slot (to eliminate the possible bottleneck of running the second card on x8). Also, OCing 2 670s will get me more performance than the 690, and save me about $100 or more

Ok so I have an EVGA X58 SLI LE with a Core i7 930 OC@ 4GHz, 3x 2GB G.Skill DDR3 1333 modules in tri channel memory mode, and I want to add in a GTX 690. My current PSU is an 700W OCZ (cannot find the model, it was discontinued) with SLI/Crossfire support, and it has max rated 685W output total for for the PCIE power connectors. Will it be enough to run my GTX 690? Or will I need to get a higher wattage PSU?

Causes "visitations" by paranormal entities during sleep, and other things. I have heard people in my clan claiming that they need help, and that an envelope with no return address was in their mailbox with a floppy disk containing the smile.dog image. Supposedly it also causes your eyes to bleed/become red. Now I am not a believer in this, and neither are my friends, but when they start believing in it, I have to question it. Is it possible an image can cause this? I am wondering about scientific evidence (eg: The way the pixels are arranged causes eye muscle spasms, seizures, hypnosis effects). I looked at the history and I see it came about back in the usenet days of the web. Anyone have a valid explanation for this?

There is a young woman that I am seeing, and for once everything seems to be going right. We have lots in common, we are both very sociable, and we have many long, high quality conversations. That pretty much sums it up! I sing to my friends and my self, even strangers, and they love it, but when I record on my computer mic I sound horrible. What is going on? Am I really that bad and everyone else is just being polite?
