I have only fifteen minuets to eat lunch at school and I always feel sick from eating too fast.

Would it be unhealthy for me to wait until I got home around 3:00 to eat lunch?

Will this mess up my metabolism.

(I am slightly overweight and my Doctor says I should work on eating healthier, which I have been doing)

I usually get to bed when im really tired and fall right asleep at about 10:00 and wake up at 6:00

This has worked for me but recently my situation has changed and I now Have to get up earlier at around 3:00- 3:30

I need around eight hours of sleep to be focus and not get sick.

The other day I tried going to bed early at 7:00 but even though I was exhausted (from waking up at three that morning) I could not fall asleep!! I just laid in bed still for hours untill around 10:00.

How can I change my sleeping habits?
