I can't get braces and i have no idea where to find bands for closing my teeth gap

can i rip a plastic bag ( so i won't have to use rubber bands) and put it over my 2 front teeth and sleep like that? will i get results?

i also won't tie them tightly..just slightly , i don't want my teeth to hurt

I was watching the stars last night and i saw a star moving,it wasn't moving fast and it had no trail but i'm pretty sure it wasn't plane lights

I am often sad

well i have ups and downs.i laugh a lot though.at stupid jokes

but i feel sad.i feel ugly.i feel empty,confused,trapped,blank,i feel like i need to change to be happier..but i don't know how

i have been bullied, i have anxiety, i often feel tired,stressed

then i feel like everybody is around me is prettier and happier and better

then i blame myself for people's sadness and my own sadness

i also feel really lonely.i also think that no one likes me because all my friends got to find someone better and it makes me feel like crap

and i have also self harmed..but i stopped it wasn't serious

i don't even know what to do anymore i feel lifeless half of the time

And also speaking faster?

Besides of tongue twisters..what do you recommend?

I breathe correctly , expanding my diaphragm when i breathe in and..

when i sing in my head voice it sounds smooth and nice but when i sing with my chest voice..even tho it sounds powerful..it is not smooth at all and it sounds horrible,i also can't go high,it seems liek something is blocking me..i kind of feel pressure in my throat and i have no idea how to get rid of it..am i singing the wrong way?

when i read about my sign, virgo i always see negative stuff like criticizing,clean-freak and others shits like that.when i search for positive stuff i see small things like "sometimes they help people.."

i am not narrow minded or very critical..the only thing that i find it true is sarcasm,because i'm always sarcastic..

But my voice sounds like i sign from my throat and i know that if your throat moves while you're singing you're doing it wrong..and it does

My best friend says she has dimples and i think that too but it;s a little weird because when she smiles wider they're not so visible anymore they look more like smile lines

Yesterday i went out and it was really hot but i hydrated myself.I drank a bottle of juice,before i went out i drank water,and when i came home i also drank water

I drink a lot of water through the day

Last night i drank a lot but my mouth felt dry,so did my lips.

Can i get dehydrated ?:/

I feel light-headed,tired,dizzy like i am going to faint~ i have no energy

i have goosebumps and when i tried to eat i got a stomach pain and nausea but it was gone after 1 minute

what happened to me?

I ripped something off my feet

It was like acne but it had a brown spot so it kind of..looked like a mole

I usually have these on my feet..I ripped them before it's not the first time i have them.But today i scratched one off and there was blood.I put a plaster on it
