I heard this song on the radio in the middle of the night and they never said the artist. It was a slow version, kind of soft, and sung by a girl. Please help me find this song and thanks for any help you can offer.

Like I said, I am 5'10", 160 lbs and a size 11 boot. My skill level is better than a beginnger. I usually have complete control and very good at carving with some occasional falling. I am comfortable on blues and starting to hit the small jumps.

I am starting to fall in love with snowboarding and thinking about buying my gear for next season. What size snowboard and what type of snowboard should I be looking at? Thanks for any help you can offer!

Ever since I moved into my new apartment, my food has been growing mold at an extremely fast pace. I will buy bread and within 3-4 days, there will be mold already growing on it.

My friend suspects there is mold in the sink affecting the other food. I have looked everywhere for answers. Now you guys are my last hope. Please, if there is any insight you can give it is much appreciated.

So as you all know it's time for taxes. The problem is I might owe the IRS because of my work. I filed a "0" for my W-4 which allows my to get more taken out of my check but get back more $$ at the beginning of the year. THE PROBLEM IS...my job never took out any taxes.

My work said it was a glitch in the system and that I should have been looking at my paystubs more carefully.

I looked at my payroll stubs where it tells me what is withheld and there isn't even a place that says anything about "Federal withholding tax". If they didn't take anything out, shouldn't it have said "$0.00"?

Can I legally do anything or am I screwed because the computer made a mistake?

I signed a lease today after work but later after further research, I found out about many awful reviews about the apartment complex. I would like to either cancel the lease of discuss in more detail the stipulations of my contract.

I am looking for some new basketball shoes. I am extremely picky and I usually only wear Lebron II's. Can anybody recommend me a shoe that looks similar to it or has a similar style/shape?

I am also looking into a good low cut balling shoe if anybody has recommendations (other than the obvious Kobe IV and Gil Zero).

ps. I currently also ball in Jordan XVI's, Jordan XX2's, and Kobe Strengths to give you an idea of the shoes I like.

There are ants all over the apt when there's no food around. (even bedroom!)

Plus, the apt is always landscaping outside my window in the mornings so I never get any sleep. And the electronic keys that are used to keep non-residents out don't even work anymore. (Not to mention the staff is completely terrible)

I pay about $1000/mo for this one bedroom apt so it's really frustrating when stuff like this happens. I would love to just move out and find another place. However, I have about 6 months left on the lease. But are these reasons enough for me to be able to cancel my lease w/o any penalties?
