If I buy a house with a 15 years mortgage worth 130,000£, first 2 year will be in fixed mortgage after that it be free standing mortgage (meaning if the interest goes up I have to pay more on monthly bases), then can I rent this house from the beginning to help me with finance? What will be the consequences of not telling the mortgage provider, that I am renting the house? Will they charge me extra for the mortgage and the insurance? or what?

y=(2x-2)(x-2)(x-6) determine the area between the x axis from x = 1 to x = 6...I expanded the brackets and got 5x^2-2x+28 and used integration rule and got 5/3(x^3) - 14x^2 + 28x...is this right? and what is the answer...this is my lecturers answer : 113.5 units^2 i think its incorrect.

I got to the first stage but I'm stuck on the second and third stage:

1st stage: cos^3(3x) is same as (cos3x)^3 so let U=cos3x and dy^3/dx=u^3 differentiating dy^3/dx=u^3 would become 3u^2. Now put back the u in 3u^2...so 3(cos3x)^2 it is same as 3cos^2(3x)...

therefore 1st stage: 3cos^2(3x)

2nd stage : ?

3rd stage: ? (answer)

Answer : dy/dx=x^4(-sinx)-cosx(4x^3) / x^8

= -xsinx - 4cosx / x^5

Okay I have a question regarding the final part of the answer -xsinx - 4cosx / x^5 , how is this worked out. I got to the point of dy/dx=x^4(-sinx)-cosx(4x^3) / x^8 but after that I'm confused. Why does x^4(-sinx) become -xsinx on the last step, similarly -cosx(4x^3) to - 4cosx and x^8 to x^5. confused and I need some help. Thank you.

Can you please help how to calculate the number of electrons and neutrons!!!!!!! I know that when an uncharged atom becomes an ion if it gains or loses electrons.

I am looking at a table about inside an atom, it shows a charge of proton is +1.60*10^-19c, neutron with the charge of 0 and electron charge of -1.60*10^-19C. However, when I have to work out the specific charge of electron so it becomes +1.60*10^-19C.......Why is that negative becomes positive when we have to work out the specific charge of electron? here is the example "The electron has a charge of +1.60*10^-19C and a mass of 9.11*10^-31kg. Its specific charge is therefore 1.76*10^11Ckg^-1"....Please help...thank you....
