I'm trying to remember an old game I used to play all the time with my friends online, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is, and it's killing me. I know it came out before 2012 (when I got red light of death) probably around chromehounds era. It was a sci-fi game I got off xbox live, 3rd person, multiplayer (maybe mmo?). I remember there was a plaza-type thing with shops and you could upgrade your gear, and you would go on missions. I probably just described a 1000 different games, but that's about all I remember unfortunately.

I am doing an essay for a politics course and I need to write a 10-12 page essay that specifically has to do with state and local government. The problem is that I have no idea what to do for my topic. Any Ideas?

The other day I was sitting next to my fire-pit with my family and I saw what looked like a smiley face on the side of the burning pallet. Earlier that day I was feeling very depressed and was contemplating to myself what was the point of living. Keep in mind that I am a stern atheist and believe in logic and the potential of man-kind rather that any gods. About a week ago, out of family pressure I prayed to god that if he was real I wanted him to give me a sign. I do not know if this is either a crazy coincidence or this was really a sign from god. What do you think? Only serious answers please.

Are these components the best that I can get for my money? or is there another more powerful build for around the same price? thanks

I currently have an old gateway GT5464 and I cant stand it anymore as it is too slow to play any recent games. Ive decided that I will build my own desktop and give my current one to my younger brother. I was wondering, would it be cheaper to buy an older model computer and upgrade it to the specs I need or if I should build one completely from scratch. I figure If I buy a cheap model then it would already have most of the components (network card, power supply, etc... and I can salvage the components from that computer). Am I right, or would I be cheaper to just buy the separate components? I can use some components I already have such as the monitor and OS. please give a thorough answer, thanks.

I live in Maine and go to a vocational school for half of every day. I will be taking a public safety course the whole year. Normally, I would wear my regular style (hoodie/graphic tees) but I don't think that style is really appropriate for this class. I don't really know what I should wear during the school year, maybe polo shirts? But I would probably get picked on for wearing those :/ Thanks in advance for any replies.

Ok, so I have a laptop that I want to upgrade, specifically for gaming. I need to know if there are any "bottlenecks" slowing down top performance, and what I should upgrade first. here are the specs:

Ok, so i have a desktop PC with a Nvidia geforce 9400 GT graphics card and a laptop PC with an AMD M880G with ATI mobility radeon HD 4250. could anybody tell me which card is better for gaming? thanks

my ps3 keeps freezing. it happens like 10 mins. after i turn it on. it stays at that screen and plays a continuous sound from the last point in the game. if i restart it, it works fine for a few hours or maybe a little bit less. it only happens when im on a game or the internet browser; never on a movie. so im thinkin it has 2 do wit the lazer reading the disk?
