My surname is Rodriguez. When I visited Nicaragua a while back, I was asked if I came from a wealthy family. This was assumed because of my last name. So is the last name Rodriguez usually presumed as a wealthy family in some countries?

I'm not an experienced coder at all. In fact, this is the first time I've had to deal with codes ever. It's going well so far. But, I've come to this menu bar in my blogger template. I know how to change what each dropdown thing says, and how to add links to words, but say if I wanted to do an About Us page. Where you click it and it leads you to another part of the site where you read about us. How would I do that?

I'm trying to figure out what le, les, los, and las mean, and when it is appropriate to use them.

Tell me, what is the difference between No entiendo, and No le entendí?

I am taking Rosetta Stone and I am thoroughly confused as to what le les etc. means. My Spanish friends will say Los extraño a todos, which I'm pretty sure means I miss you all, but I am very confused as to what le les los and las mean, and the proper times to use them. Thank you!

I've never thought I was ugly, or even unattractive. But I've never thought of myself as absolutely beautiful either. From the time I was a little girl everyone I knew always told me what a pretty girl I was. It got annoying honestly.

I started wearing makeup when I was 13. As the next few years passed I wore a lot more foundation and my eyeliner grew thicker.

And then this year, I went on a mission trip to Nicaragua. I brought makeup, but hardly wore any of it. People down there are so humble and wearing a full face of makeup every day just wasn't necessary. The love expressed to me down there by children and adults and the friendships that were created with guys and girls alike just showed me how unnecessary it is. I don't feel a need for it anymore. Those people know that I love them and I know that they love me, very, very much.

By God's grace, I've gotten to talk to so many of my friends there over Facebook. The only pictures of me on there are from the trip and ones where I'm not wearing makeup. Three of my guy friends that I have talked to have separately, at random times in the conversation, told me how beautiful or pretty I am. And that means so much to me. These people saw me looking my worst. They saw me playing on dirt roads with random children. They saw me worn out and tired from working. They saw me at my absolute worst. But yet somehow I am beautiful in their eyes.

This is why I don't wear make up.

I was talking to my Spanish friend when he sent me this. "sale Bonita en su foto de perfil" Is he saying that my profile picture is pretty? That I look pretty in my profile picture? The su threw me off, but I know he was talking about me because of the context of our conversation. And I have no idea what "sale" means. Thanks for any input you can give!

Hi there :) I am going on a mission trip very soon. We will be doing a VBS with the kids! I am so excited, and I want to do a game with pictures of animals from both of our countries. I'm not sure if I want to make it a name guessing game, or what. Feel free to expand on this idea :) My real question though, is how can I tie an idea like this into a Bible story? I think the main theme of our VBS is going to be more focused on what you do after you've accepted Christ.

I am making a slideshow with Movie Maker. Thing is, my pictures aren't really moving well with the music. I know I can change the length of each slide, but is there a program that can help me time them with the music?

She loves fashion type stuff, like jewelry and nail polish. I'm already planning on getting her few OPI's (Ulta usually has them on clearance for like 99 cents!) Baby Lips, and some hair chalk (like soft pastels from Michael's)

I know Forever 21 has cute jewelry for really cheap but I don't have one anywhere near me. Any other places you might suggest?

Also, any other good drugstore brand products you like? (Like mine is Baby Lips)

don't have a Mac, so don't say iMovie or Final Cut Pro. I've tried Sony Vegas and Nero requires registration as well. I don't want any viruses either so don't try anything funny, because I WILL look up all of the suggestions before downloading. Thanks for any help you can give!!
