Hello! I've been wanting to get some more memory for my PC. I still have 500 gb left but I recently found and old 128 gb hard drive from my ps3 that I figured I would reformat and use as an extra storage space on my PC. There aren't any viruses on it or anything since it used to be an old ps3 drive. I was wondering what the names of the cables that connect it are though? I don't know the names and I don't think I have any spares lying around so I was going to go and pick a few up at my local Computer store. So my question... what are the names of the cables? Which ones do I need?

So, my computer has been undergoing alot of stress lately. I haven't been doing much with it but ever since I got it about 4 months ago the computer has had disk problems. My disk seem to like going up to %100 full quite a bit and I was looking for a few solutions. Number one is virus checks.. well after scanning with Mcafee and Malwarebytes It appears as though I do not have any malware or viruses. good! that problem solved! Second reason for getting %100 disk is just windows 8.1 along with superfetch. I disabled superfetch however I still have problems with my disk reaching up around %100 disk full all the time. Apparently it is a common problem for users who use windows 8.1 I am going to be getting some new ram cards later this year (upgrading from 8 gigs to 16) and I was wondering if the extra ram would help the disk be less than %100 most of the time. So will getting better RAM fix the issues I am having?

If I can fix this problem by getting more ram then I would like to know! I will be upgrading my Pc's ram anyways but I'm just wondering if I can fix this problem by getting it.

If anyone knows of any ways to fix %100 disk usage could you post 'em here as well? Thanks!

Most of the time the thing that is taking up all of the disk is "Local service Host"

So I got a pair of Turtle Beach Px-12's over the summer and if any of you have Turtle beach headphones you'll know how they all come with a bass boosting feature. I always pump this up to full blast (not the volume though. I can't stand listening to super loud music..) so that explosions while gaming sound better and so that when I am listening to music it sounds great with the bass boosted. However I was wondering. By running with the bass boosted all the time will it wear out my headphones and eventually wreck them completely? All the bass mode does is pump up the volume of the bass. I never hear any cracking coming from the headphones are hear the speakers nearly break or anything like that. Like I said, I never pump up the volume very high (as to not break them since I do know that putting the volume too high will wreck your headphones completely). For forty dollar headphones they are surprisingly wonderful and I could replace them if they ever do break but I would like to keep them for at least a long time... was just wondering! Thanks!

So I've been using this wonderful piano for the past little while and I've really been wanting to you know... get immersed into my own little world of music with headphones, however I need the right ones... Of course normal earbuds don't work it has to be those crazy... "Professional" headphones with the right jack. Yes I know the bigger jack gives much better quality yadda yadda haha. Anyways My question is.. what is the Headphone jack? It's just the simple universal one, it's the size for a large speaker to be plugged into. I just want the name so that I can either buy headphones or buy an adapter to be able to plug in my nice noise cancelling ones into it. Thanks!

Ok, so I am a guy who likes to make Visuals and animations on youtube. As you can see in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sN8vYm3W67g I was expecting to get a copyright match/claim and I finally did. When I was about to acknowledge it and take action I noticed that the people who were matching my content weren't even the original owners of the song. The song title is "Fractal - Duality" which is owned by Monstercat Media. However the content matched was another group/person called "The Island: 5 Minutes Later" If you take a look at both of them you can see that "The Island" has actually taken copyrighted music from Monstercat. They then put a copyright match on me because I apparently had "their music" even though it was originally MonsterCat Media's If you take a look at this link https://play.google.com/store/music/album/The_Isla... it will take you to "The Island: 5 Minutes later" if you look here - http://www.monstercat.com/ you can see Monstercat media. If you search for the song you will find Fractal Duality, I would reccomend taking a look at their youtube page to find the song. On the website you will find the original song. You see my problem? I can't acknowledge the copyright match because the original owners didn't do it.

What can I do to solve this match, and how can I stop this so called "The Island: 5 minutes later"?

So my Asus x550ca has been overheating a lot lately so I was going to take it apart and clean it out but the problem is I'm afraid I could break it. Do any of you think it is a good idea to go through with it?

So I used to have an RC heli that I loved...until one day it broke and then something happened to the propellers.. I don't really remember. Anyways I kept the body with all of the gears and the chip and one pair of the propellers (it was a coaxial heli) anyways I have all of the parts I want to be able to make my own now since the old one is pretty much broken but I don't know exactly where to start. I already have the Blade MSR which is a fun little helicopter so I was thinking I could take a crack at one myself. I really just don't know where to start though. I have all the parts I need (except for one or two) so I should be able to set up my own. Does anyone know of a good book or website that I can use to start the helicopter? I would really love to be able to make my own!

Hello I would like to create a program that you can use to put sequences of songs together and edit music tracks. I owuld like to be able to learn a programming language (other than BASIC) to be able to create this program for both personal use and for different Drama productions at my school. I'm the sound guy for the productions and I want to be to create sequences of music and be able to edit songs . I want to use this program so that I don't have to constantly switch between songs to play them and so that I can just create a long sequence that I can customize. I figured since I know BASIC and I am pretty good at it I should try making this program for myself instead of finding one on the internet. So my question is....what language should I learn to be able to make this type of program? I was looking at C# but I don't really know if it can handle the type of program I am aiming to make. I want the interface to be something like what SONY Vegas looks like.

So I just traded my regigigas for a Jirachi. (I know it's a horrible trade for them xD) and I'm wondering if it's fair for me to trade my jirachi for a deoxys? They are both event pokemon and if trained right they can be super powerful, but I would much rather a deoxys than a Jirachi. The Jirachi is apparently hacked because it know Draco meteor (which can't be learned) and it has Pokérus. So if I find someone with a deoxys is it fair?

Pretty much just look at the title. I"m wondering if I can take the parts from a working mouse and create my own custom body for it and then put the parts in after. I know I would have to make everything the right size but is it possible?

I would like to get a nice gaming mouse... I was definitely looking at razer and as much as I want the mamba it's not going to happen. Anyways pretty much the type of mouse I want is something smooth and sleek and that looks awesome. I really just want something that looks fantastic. I don't need very many specifications and stuff. I was looking at AZiO's l3vetron GM2000 but I dunno if I should get that one.. any recommendations?

So I'm rewatching all the good animated movies from my childhood. You know like the lion king...Tarzan stuff like that. (because everybody can agree that the nostalgia is just awesome) anyways there was this one movie I watched alot and I just can't seem to remember the name of it! It was about a brownish gold horse who gets taken away from it's like...pack or whatever you call it, and then it's put onto a farm. It's called King of the wild or something. I forget alot of details but if ANYONE knows what I'm talking about could you help me? I remember there was a train scene... I'm pretty sure it was made in the 90's. (Maybe early 2000's)

So... I'm pretty much a big noob in starbound...and I accidentally cancelled the mission "Out of the frying pan". After building and finishing my house and scrambling to try to fix it...I have pretty much given up. In the game under the "Failed Quests" tab I see the mission. I've searched around and can't seem to find out how to activate it again. I would show a screenshot but yahoo doesn't like that. Anyways.... each button is blacked out. I can't press the option to "Set as current" Basically I've screwed up the rest of the game since I can't progress through any of the missions now. So my question is... is it possible for me to reactivate the mission once it's been cancelled?

So.. I have an X1 (yea yea I know... alot of people hate it... but I had a ps3 before!!) and I was looking to record some gameplay from it...you know for youtube and stuff. I was looking at Roxio but the $40 one doesn't have a usb/hdmi port and the xbox 1 doesn't use the normal AV cables. What capture cards use hdmi or usb to record? I can't afford to buy anything to pricey. The HD Roxio recording one is too much. I'm looking at $60 and below.... or something like that. I reccomend one that's a higher price just say it anyways I'll take a look at it.

People probably get this question alot... anyways.. for whatever reason I cannot login to my router to port forward to create servers. (servers for games stuff like that) I go to 192.168.0.1... I do everything right but then when I login it always says every time "Login failed". I do not know why this happens! It happens on every computer and device I try to use. I know the password..I know the username, it just doesn't work at all. Does anyone know why this is?? My router is from HitronTechnologies and is a rogers model. CGN2-ROG.

I play video games and I know exactly what processor I want, it has the right socket - size etc. It's an i5. I was wondering if I need anything else in my computer though... I want to get the processor to play more powerful games (possibly something like battlefield 4) but do I need to get a new video card? Graphics Card? I cannot afford to go and buy anything over $250 atm. (That's why I'm going for the I5) So please don't just tell me to go out and by another computer. I'm not going to spend $700 extra on a brand name. All I want to know is if I need to get another thing or some other upgrade in my computer so that I don't overload or break anything. My computer is a laptop.

My specs - RAM - 8gb - CPU - Intel Pentium ULV 1.8 Ghz (see? It's a little to weak for some hard gaming and work.) I have the standard Intel(R) HD Graphics Everything is unchanged.

I recently got NEW ASUS x550C laptop. I've been playing some games that I got for it and they were running great! Most of the time around 40 fps. I had all the graphics settings on low so that I would actually be able to run them though. My computer needed an update so I turned it off and let it do it's thing. But now whenever I go into games I can barely run anything! All of my games suddenly seem to be running at around 4 fps and lower. Now these aren't your simple games. An example would be World of tanks. I could play it at....yes 45 fps. But now it's suddenly at 4! Is there some way to get my games back? I know my processor isn't exactly the best but that doesn't explain why I can't even play anything now... the specs are... CPU: Intel Pentium ULV, 1.8 ghz. Memory: 8Gb ram 750 HDD OS: windows 8

So my wonderful dog (Bella) had some sort of skin tag that we had surgically removed. It was on her leg so we had to put one of those silly cones on her head to get her to stop licking it. I was getting a drink of water last night and noticed how sad and depressed she was so I sat down and started petting her. When I got up to leave to go to bed she pawed at me to stay! Is there any way that I can cheer her up in this bad situation? Even petting her doesn't seem to make much of a difference becuase she starts sobbing in my arms.... I know that comforting her and staying with her is the best way to solve these things is there another good way to get her happy again? <:D
