My manboobs aren't huge but I still have them. I'm am a big guy so I'd assume it's because of that but I'm not sure whether it's a condition or just fat. I've seen my doctor many times and he has never diagnosed anything so I would guess I don't have the condition. Any help?

It's always hard to tell. I never would have thought a guy like Edge was on roids but he has used them. If you compare Goldberg to Batista or even Lesnar it's easy to see that he probably did not use them. Yes Goldberg has a large build but it doesn't look like he used them.
