why does it feel like I constantly have to urinate?
I went to the doctors and had a urine test and they said nothing was wrong. But off and on I feel like I need to urinate all day even after going. Does anyone know what this is? If so what should I do?
1 AnswerOther - Diseases6 years agoAny help on losing weight?
I am 16 and currently 240 lbs and am really looking to lose a great deal of weight. As of now I am about to start working out and dieting now that my main baseball season is over. Here are my three main questions.
1. What are the best exercises to lose weight?
2. How many calories should I burn to lose weight? My BMR right now is 2354.34
3. What are good foods to eat to help lose weight?
Some other info is that I will be working out at a gym so exercises I can do at the gym would be best recommended.
Also My goal is to get to 190 by christmas. But about 20 lbs lost by the end of summer sept. 3rd.
Here is my diet right now for my workout process
breakfast- cheerios and toast with OJ (also milk)
Snack- Yogurt with an Apple
Lunch- PB+J on wheat with water and some strawberries and grapes.
Snack- another apple with two granola bars
Dinner- either some chicken breast with vegis (corn carrots and peas) or Pasta with tomato sauce and a little garlic bread
Snack- three scoops of frozen yogurt and some more strawberries
Is this a good diet? What should I add or take away. Again my goal is to lose 20lbs by sept 3rd and thanks for the help.
1 AnswerDiet & Fitness7 years agoWhat Branch of Military is best for me?
I have been looking in to the military and I am pretty stumped of which one I want to join. I like traits of all them and thats what is making it difficult.
In the Army I like that there is a lot of careers to choice from and also some action is seen in the field. The downfall is it seems really low standards.
In the Air Force I like that there is more technical jobs and can help when looking for careers afterwards. Also the SOL seems pretty nice and it seems more of a civilian job so the transfer from civilian to Airman wouldn't be as difficult. As for the downfalls there isn't really any action in it and it seems like it can become a lot of sitting around.
The Navy appeals the least to me as long time at sea wouldn't sit well with me. On the other hand I do like boats and been on them it just seems the amount of time on them would be too much.
The Marines too are appealing because they see action and they also seem like they form a good brotherhood. Also the transition from civilian to marine might be too difficult as I am not in the best shape.
So if I had to rate them now it would be
1 Air Force
2 Army
3 Marines
4 Navy
But I am open for other opinions and experiences in or about the military. Also what you guys think is best for me and some perks of each. I would like to add that I would like to see a little action or combat/ field work but also a job that would lead to one after the military. Any help?

2 AnswersOther - Careers & Employment7 years agoWhat are some creative ideas for a timeline?
I have a drug project that counts for a HUGE amount of my grade. The timeline I originally did was not good enough because my teacher said it was not creative. My drug is INHALANTS (Spray Paint, Airplane Glue) and the timeline needs to be about the history of the drug. Any ideas?
3 AnswersHomework Help7 years agoShould I join the military?
I have always wanted to join but now that it is time to start making desicions i don't know. First off i have thought of the branches and i have narrowed it down. They are the Air Force and Army. I am leaning a little towards army. Next i want to go to cllege before i go to the military. Should i do this? I dont want to become an officer so i am most likely not going to take rotc. And lastly one of the biggest reasons i am starting to second guess is that i dont want to leave my family. but i still do want to join. SO i was also thinking the guard or reserves. My questions about those are do they still have some benefits as enlisted personnel? I know they dont get paid as well seeing they are part time but like health care and those benefits. Also what branch do you think is better? And is the reserves/guards a good way to go?
4 AnswersMilitary7 years agoWhat branch of Military should i join?
Im not in the best shape but am good enough to make it in the military. I get good grades so i was thinking about the officer path. I have thought through every branch (except coast guard thats out) and am still stumped. I have liked a part of each. So i would personnel opinions and what most people don't know about each branch. what has the best benefits and overall the best? Any help?
