The appraisal for a condo that I am trying to buy came in low and my realtor has sent an addendum to the selling price along with the appraisal to the seller. The seller has not answered. My question is, my realtor says that the seller has 72 hours to answer. but does that 72 hours include weekends or just weekdays?

OK, I have a WEIRD question. BUT, I want hair extensions that go longer then 30 inches. So, if I were to say buy clip in hair extensions...could I then add micro extension to them to add addition length?

I want to buy a house in another state because it would benefit my brother living in that state and in the future myself as well. I don't know much about home mortgages....can you even get a home mortgage for an amount as small at five thousand? The house itself is five thousand.

Ok, here is the situation. My husband and I were driving a friends car home from the mechanic. The car has expired registration. Everybody knew that and knew it was a rest to drive it that way...even a few miles. Anyway, we were in fact pulled over and the car towed. The officer kept the pink slip to the car and gave US the ticket to appear in court saying that WE needed to pay the registration. However, the car is not ours. The owner is not interested in getting the car. So, my question is, what kind of fine are we looking at. the officer seemed under the impression that it was our car and we needed to pay the registration but its not our car. LOL, and he has the pink slip to show that its not ours. Any advice and feedback on this one?

I am going to make a long story short. A supervisor at my job yelled and verbally abused me, at my desk in front of about 5-10 co-workers. She started yelling at me because I voiced that the comments that she was making offended me. I have already filed a complaint with the HR department. But the stress she caused was so great that by the end of the day I had a migrane headach so bad that I had to go into the emergeny room (and I rarly even get a bad headach). I don't have medical insurance yet. Is it possiable to sue her in small claims court for my medical bills?

I have never been a big dress person and now find myself needed to buy a few really nice formal dinner type dresses. Would any of this be exceptable?

The Button on my work pants broke and I want to get another Button sowed on. Do you know where I can take it to have someone do that?

I am going to have to wear red polo shirts for work. Other then black, are there any other colors that go wel with red?

I still have not decided if my husband is doing this on purpose or not. I am pretty sure that sometimes he is. We will agree to either meet somewhere or at home because we have plan's. For example, lets say 1pm. Well, 1pm will come and go and I will be waiting for hours! and he doesn't even bother to call and tell me he is going to be late. What makes it worse is that I never have a way to get in touch with him. Sometimes he doesn't even come home or call me until the next day!!!

I have gotten mad at him and talked to him until I am blue in the face. I dont mind if he needs time on his own but he should at least call me and let me know he is ok.

He is always able to get in touch with me, always knows where I am?

How do I teach him to stop doing this? Its driving me crazy!
