My mother is up for upgrade on her cell phone plan. Mine isn't up till next October. Could I upgrade hers and then just switch out the sim card?

If a high school asks a student to log-in to their Facebook account is the student liable to decline? Would they be allowed to say no due to his/her own personal rights (without getting some form of punishment, [and the profile is private]) ? Or would those rights be diminished because he is attending the school? If the reason was for another student, would it be the same circumstances?

I got a Samsung Jack back in May. Yet the phone has a horribly slow processor and doesn't properly send my messages. I have insurance, and I'd like to replace it. But they no longer make the Jack? What will they do if I go to the AT&T store. Also my upgrade is in like two years.

I recently went to a lake in Texas. The temperature has been upwards to 105-110 for the last couple of weeks. I went swimming, but I didn't put my head under the water or anything. Yet today I had a bad headache and an ache in my neck and a little fatigued. I've heard that those are the first symptom. I'm very concerned and a little paranoid. Any input?

I've been having knee problems lately. Every time I bend my knees while standing ( but not walking) i'm in pain. I can't even squat to a 90 degree angle. I don't know where to find long distance running shoes. I need lightweight but with cushion. Last year I ran in Nike Zoom Rivals with a waffle outsole. And they were great. I really like those soles.
