Wrongful termination and all it entails?
I understand the employer/employee relationship in my state. In my particular instance I was not cognizant of the fact my termination was really rooted in discrimination. My termination was the lesser of the evils and was a direct result of my belief being in the minority. My point being the wrongfully terminated employee is not capable of making the distinction and it cost me dearly. Eigthteen paralegals gave me the same rebuttal without knowing the entire scenario. White males are deemed persona non grata when discrimination is forefront, this is a grave disservice due to the 'beliefs part of the equation. My concern/question being that we are not so adamant in our retort pertaining to bargained for labor disputes as to overlook the entire discrimination implication.
2 AnswersLaw & Legal9 years agoMedical and dental expenses accumulated by the victim as a direct result of the assault?
I was the victim of a felonious assault that rendered four years of ortho and periodontics academic. I was wearing the final of three appliances when the head trauma occured. Lucky me, I chose to wear it occasionally to ensure my teeth didn't move. Teeth and bones that didn't shatter on impact were cracked or weakened and have failed since the incident. I had excellent benefits then, I was terminated 18 months prior to a 30 yr pension and am now without insurance. Do I have any recourse or qualify for any financial aid. Tnanks

I retired early and have been contemplating going back to work out of boredom. An MRI detected an unknown injury...narrowed with moderate spurring between C5-C6. Would this make me unemployable, eligible to collect social security disability? How would an attorney base his fee to represent me to SSD? Thanks

2 AnswersAnthropology1 decade agoWhat to do with fossils in matrix?
I have a large piece of matrix with several visible fossils. I can see the back half of a shrimp, several chrinoid, and what looks like it may be bone?. I know just enough about these things to know that this is a really nice piece. I recently discovered this under an old farmhouse that has been in our family since the mid 1800's. I don't have the proper equipment ( or the patience most likely ) to try to work with this matrix, it is extremely hard. Is there any place I can take this or any suggestions on who may be able to use this.

2 AnswersAnthropology1 decade agoWhat/who should I contact/do with an artifact I've found I feel is of significant import?
For many years my travels have taken me to remote areas of the U.S., rivers in particular. I've always scanned the rocky areas as I walk for anything unusually colorful or odd shaped. The pieces go in a walkway as a memento to my adventures upon my return home.
I've recently discovered a stone effigy (?) carving among some smaller pieces, its origin is unknown however I'm certain its removal was not prohibitive as it would've been on private property.

Who's maniacle mind made all caps a sign of rudeness or an inference of yelling. This is merely someones perception and is not mirrored by the masses, some of us need it to see. To arbitrarilly castigate the user of all caps and caution them based on belief is beyond the scope of your service OMNIPOTENT YOU ARE NOT. Please rebute. Thank You,
