Is it okay for girls to roll up their sleeves on a short sleeve shirts? Like, on a baggy shirt that is too big? Or is it too boyish?

I love writing and Twilight, and I'm running out of new ideas for fanfiction and am feeling kind of discouraged on my ideas. Do you have any themes/ideas that you really like hearing about? Do you have any ideas about a story that you would enjoy reading?

It would be a young adult/adult book, maybe about 300+ pages. Please tell me the truth and if you don't like the names tell me and give me other suggestions. If you don't like it what could I do to improve? And I want people to tell me the truth. The girls would be 7th-8th-9th grade. Grade placement suggestions? And what would be a good side story/twist to add in?

Introduction- Bree has a "dark side" (like not making the right choices), though her best friend, Hannah, doesn’t know.

Incident 1- Bree begins to realize that Hannah is becoming weirder every day.

Rising incident- Hannah doesn’t come to school for two weeks. When she comes back is weird.

Climax- Hannah tells Bree that she has cancer and will more than likely die. Bree’s "dark side" tries to get the best of her and start cussing at her and not talking to her, but decides that she should let the good side unlash, not the "bad side". Hannah goes into chemo and gets weaker and starts losing her hair. Bree pushes to let the good side out in her, struggles, but eventually caves and starts being nice to Hannah. Nobody at school knows that Hannah has cancer, they think she is out of town. Bree cuts her hair for Hannah (like Locks of Love) as Hannah is gradually growing weaker and weaker every day, knowing she is going to die.

Resolution- As Bree begins to transform into the complete good girl, Hannah grows weaker and weaker every day. She dies, though it devastates Bree. She is torn for weeks (doesn’t go to school), but decides that she should continue to be the girl she transformed into for Hannah. She has to go back to school and tell the kids at school about Hannah’s cancer. Though they knew, none were as close to Hannah as Bree was. Bree realizes that she has to move on in life, though some things may never be forgotten, they will be in our minds forever.

I've had writer's block since November (I was going to do national novel writing month, I had it all planned out and all). Any story ideas to get me started again? Any tips on getting rid of it?
