I'm 5'7 at 145 lbs and about 16% body fat (i think I'm not really sure how to calculate that) and a small strip of fat goes from my lower outside pec all the way to the far end of my nipple and then it ends. and it is the same on the other pec. It makes my nipples feel soft and look more like an oval then circle.. I was just wondering the best way to get rid of fat in this specific area? Like will general cardio be better or would it better to specifically target my chest with weights? If so what areas of the chest?
