Post surgery question?
I got day surgery yesterday to remove two cartilage chips in my right ankle. I've been on a roasting scheduled of perscription morphine, Tylenol, and Advil since I got home at 4:30 yesterday. The perscription morphine ran out this morning at 8:30 so now I'm just doing Tylenol and Advil. I last took Tylenol at 1:00 and I'm supposed to take Tylenol and Advil at 5:00. It's 2:40 here. My foot is killing me. What should I do? My parents aren't home either. Ice? Elevate? Ideas?

I play soccer and I'm a goalie. My parents got me two new kits for my birthday but the shorts are a little bit tight in my thighs. Because of where we live, my parents had to get them shipped from the UK so it's not exactly easy to get a different size. I chipped my cartilage in my ankle and ruptured a liagament and I'm not allowed to put any weight on my right foot. If you know of any exercises I can do when I get back to tighten up my thighs that would be great. My thighs are fairly muscular but because I've been out for a bit and will still be out for some time, I'm starting to lose that and now they're just flabby and kinda gross. I don't expect to be able to do anything until I can put weight on my foot but if you know of anything that can help that would be great. Thank you so much.

Today at school we had to dress up and for the first time since I was seven, I wore a dress. I got a lot of compliments but I felt so awkward and self-conscious. I also felt like I wasn't being myself. I usually wear hoodies and leggings or a flannel because that's just what I'm comfortable in. Help/advice?

I'm fairly active but I've recently had a concussion and been very sick. I used to have a fairly nice butt but since I haven't been able to do anything for two and a half months, it's started to lose its shape. I'm really not comfortable with it now. People used to tell me that I had a really nice butt but now I'm worried about it because it looks awful now. I'm wondering if you have any exercises or a plan like ____ amount of reps or whatever. Three weeks ago I got a minor concussion at practice. I'm always tired even though I've been sleeping lots. I've also been really grumpy and things tend to bother me more. Is this at all related to the concussion or am I just being grumpy?
