so we got this baby cat from the humane socitey (sry if i spelled it wrong) so when we took it home it started crying and now it wont stop we feed it and we gave it milk but he wont stop crying. why is he crying?

In front of my house i saw a man pulling a dog my the and dragging it. i yelled at the man. he said shut up. and then he hit the dog hard. i cried for an hour
