I know so many people from high school that have bought into this garbage hook, line, and sinker and I honestly don’t know how any thinking person with a brain could believe this nonsense.

I am 17 and i have been dealing with on and off depression for 4 years. 4 years ago i developed arthritis in my legs and wrist paired with back pain and this caused me to exercise less than i should anc my that i mean hardly at all. I really do try but it is very painful and my lack of energy and almost constent depressed mood isnt helping. It makes me feel decrepit and its taking its toll on my self worth. I feel as though if i could get into shape again (i used to enjoy being active) i would be on the other side of all this mess and i could focus on more important things like reversing my grades from the downward spiral they've been taking so i can get into college. I guess what i need is some self help advice, i dont see myself talking to anyone about this any time soon

I had art class with this girl i had and still have a crush on. Her name is alexis. One of our mutual friends said that she liked me, unknowing that i liked her back until then. So yea i think i did that, or asked the universe to. So everything is going ggreat right? Well she went to the movies with some other guy on friday!!!!! This wasn't supposed to happen. I dont know what im doing wrong. Please help

Thares this girl in my art class, we both have a lot in common and I think I'm beginning to like her. She's depressed and is socially axious and well I am too but she doesn't really know about me. I've felt really alone for a wile and this the first time I think I could really relate to someone like this.ik we would like a weird couple but I'd rather be weird with someone else than alone and depressed.
